THe first order was short notice for her birthday but the second I gave them several days to fulfill. On both occassions, I ordered directly from their website and chose an advertised arrangement. Both times I requested to be notified if they were substituting flowers in the arrangement. The first time it occurred I let it go because it was short notice but I did reach out to them to ask about the substitution. THe second time the flowers and the vase were substituted. It looked quite different and they used many cheaper flowers versus what they advertised. I contacted them 3 times to give them an opportunity to correct the wrong but they never would even acknowledge or respond to my requests. I was embarrassed that such a dear friend did not get what I ordered for them. I cannot recommend this flower shop, their flowers or its unresponsive/unfriendly staff. If I pay for a specific arrangement that they advertise they make and deliver then that is what I would expect - if they want tot substitute then they should call me first if I specifically requested that they do so. Instead she got cheap flowers that only lived a few days. If I were not out of the area, I could have gotten a better arrangement at the grocery store.

I actually tried another florist that was in Belleville, but they had closed for the day. In fact, I'm not sure if they're even open for the day. Think I sent their updated hours to Yelp. Yelp also showed me this shop, which was not far away and still open. I came in and the florist and cashier were very helpful and very friendly and set me up with a beautiful bouquet. I stroll around and took a look, they had a lot of very nice things there, tchotchkes and christmas things. Got myself a fancy bar of soap, in case the one in the hotel was bad. It wasn't but I just brought it home now. I'm gonna use it when it's turn comes up. It's a nice shop, in spite of what could possibly be a awkward name; it sounds like something you'd find in a neons sign on the wall of your friend who has an "I t's wine o'clock" T-shirt. But it's good, friendly, and the price of the flowers didn't feel like they were taking me for a ride. I'll probably come by here again the next time I'm going back to Napanee.
