The photo shoot was great. Fun, professional. Pictures were beautiful. I had a terrible experience with the business end of all this. I am aware that this is a high end experience and not something alot of women can afford. I took advantage of a sale they had. They took $200 off a $300 pkg they offer. The Pkg includes the shoot and extras like makeup and treats and comes with a 6x6 book with 24 images in it. Well they took the book out of the pkg with the sale BUT offered it back to you for $200. So no sale at all.Their advertisement was not clear enough about there being no book included and lots of women publicly questioned it. The company would not answer it publicly. I again after booking ask in a text about cost. I was told just $99 for session, hair, makeup ect. Products and collections start at $30. So I interpreted this as I will get the pkg on sale for $99 and any extra products I wanted would cost extra. (the normal pkg includes the book with 24 images). I complained to the owner. Was told it was made clear to me. Then was told they will refund my money or give me 6 digital images. They didnt let me look at any pictures and just sent me 6 random pictures they chose. When I again questioned what it would take to get pictures of poses I wanted I was told I could buy them for $25 each but now came with a min. of 6. No where in there pricing list does it say anything about a min. They didnt try and make this right. (when expecting a book with 24 pics and only getting 6 that I didnt pick is not making it right) Misunderstanding on both our parts yes but to treat a customer in this way is terrible. I even went as far as questioning other photographers with similar sales to see if this was a normal practice. No one else took images from their pkg. read more

Where do I even begin... First off, this is a HUGE private studio with an all-woman team - which is fantastic when you're doing a session that can be so vulnerable - I loved knowing that there weren't going to be men seeing my images or watching my session happen, without my permission. There are so many options for sets, and with 3 outfit changes, you truly get to have a session that fits you. Hair and makeup included, and they have a closet that you can borrow outfits and accessories from. I have now done 5 (or 6. I'm not quite sure) sessions with Blushed. Shanna, Brittney, Destiny and Elle are truly the best cheerleaders. They are the ultimate hype women, but also, the ultimate listeners. They want to get to know YOU before they start, and they want to know why you want to do this session. For me, it was about gaining back my control and finding my confidence again. I shared my story and they truly listened. Then, they helped me realize that it was just a chapter, not my whole story. My entire first session, they made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Shanna and Brittney cheered me on, and then showed me the back of the camera. And I remember thinking "Holy sh*t. That's me?!?" I love that they pose you, remind you to breathe, and even show you how to pose before putting you in the poses. I wouldn't trust anyone else with such vulnerable sessions. I cannot say enough about this experience, this team, the studio, the products, and the care that goes into every appointment. These women have perfected the art of creating a sexy, welcoming, professional, playful, and exciting environment. They bring so much of their personalities to every interaction that it's impossible to not feel like you've known them all for much longer than you really have. The sheer amount of safety, empowerment, and excitement you will feel in the first 10 minutes of your session alone makes this experience worth the money you will be investing in yourself. The studio its self is large, and every inch of it is used intentionally and strategically. These women have thought of every creative way to use the natural light in the space. The sets are full of details and small touches that bring every photo to life. Not only are the sets stocked, the wardrobe and props are filled to the brim with size inclusive beautiful options. Even if you tried, you could not take a bad picture when in the hands of these amazing women. They will have you giggling and glowing, and when it's all said and done, I promise you will not want to leave. I highly recommend Blushed Boudoir Photography for all females of every shape and age!! It was such a fun and professional experience that I felt like a model for two plus hours! From the moment I walked in the door to the studio I felt welcomed by new friends and stayed relaxed till the end! My hair and make up were done incredible and just highlighted my natural features! I felt beautiful! Shanna gave great direction for poses that I felt comfortable in my own skin! But Shanna, Misty and Claudia her makeup artist quickly turned my nerves upside down 4 fun-filled hours with close girlfriends. I'd encourage anyone who has been considering boudoir photos, either as a gift for someone else or themselves, to book a session with Shanna. You will not be disappointed and walk out feeling more empowered than you ever have before. Shanna has a various variety of packages and some more expensive than others but she is fair and willing to take payments and trade out certain things that our in other packages that best meet your satisfaction. At the end of the day it's about the customer and meeting them in the middle. She did that for me and I have had 3 different shoots with her. Im already planning a 4th. Brittney was absolutely amazing. Her photography, posing expertise, and makeup skills were amazing. She is so kind and excellent at building rapport and trust in the process. Even just the session was such an amazing confidence boost and made me realize how beautiful I can feel in my own skin. The different photo sets are fantastic and have so much variety to choose from. All of the ladies were fantastic to work with. Destiny is also so helpful with choosing photos too. The photo book and box is gorgeous, and there are many luxury options to choose from for the binding. I can't wait to see my husband's reaction to our new treasure. This is a luxury service and pricing is in line with that, but I felt that it was worth every penny. I had a boudoir photo shoot with Blushed Boudoir as a wedding gift for my fiancé, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.
