Today, however, I decided I would try "Crêpes de France". I am happy to say that this is the best crêpes I've tasted as of yet. Correct ingredients, however as constructive criticism I suggest to add more vanilla sugar as the crêpes are lacking the noticeable hint of vanilla. Also, cook the crêpes for longer. Crêpes are not supposed to be white, they are supposed to be golden. This might result in the crêpes drying out, so make sure to add something in order to prevent it and make the crêpes nice, moist, golden and slightly sweet. A perfect crêpes is good enough to eat without anything, this is very close. A perfect 5/5 crêpes is easily within reach. Very well done.

So you are heading out at your lunch break for some food. Good choice to go to the crepe bar. It is just a small shad with some tables and benches in the back. Quality: Pretty good food quality. Also everything is totally fresh. The also have some nice pies and cakes. So desert will be also yummy. Despite the name, the dont have crepes, because these are typically sweet. These "crepes" are a little bit thicker made of wholegrain and hearty. These crepes will have things like tomatoes, chicken breast, salad, ... on the top or inside. (Damn, just look the pictures). Individual requests to your order are fine. Prices: The prices are a little bit higher than the other snack bars around, but totally worth the quality of the food. Very reasonable prices for the food, you'll get. You'll pay 6-8 Euros for a main dish.

Williams Crepe is an easy place to lunch, although the queues can be long and during winter the seating very limited. The crepes themselves are of monster proportion and could easily be shared between two people for a cheap quick lunch as long as you can both decide on a style. My preferred crepe is the Brazil, as I need hit of chili in my food to be able to taste it or enjoy it. If you tackle one of these crepes by yourself, you will definitely be left satisfied and most likely be suffering from a case of the nap attacks. The server was very welcoming when I walked in, spoke English and provided me with an English menu, and was quick to check on me. I ordered the grilled pork shoulder. This came with green beans with bacon and grilled potatoes. I've never actually had a grilled pork shoulder. Being so used to the more fire version with the crispy skin, I really did appreciate the flavors that go into grilling it. The meat was still juicy with a bit of salt; it all paired well with the salt from the bacon and potatoes. Overall great meal with good service and easily able to wash it all down with some German beer. Just keep in mind that the place is a bit small, so you want to either get there early or head for the outdoor seating.
