He helped me with the payment since I was having a hard time with it since I don't live in Ireland, and the item arrived home within six days of ordering it. I was also able to track my package with information that I was given by Mr. Fitzsimons, which gave me a piece of mind as well. Once the item arrived, I installed it and I could not believe how well it fitted my brother, it was easy to install and very comfortable to wear, not to mention that my brother no longer struggles when trying to enjoy a car ride.
