They dropped each part of the tree with precision. Seeing that level of skill in a high stakes environment with electric lines and houses nearby was reassuring. I knew I had hired the right company. Much of this time I have received reasonable service. Two years ago I contracted them to install a drainage pipe across my lawn to drain the driveway. After the installation the drain problem remained. On a follow up visit to the property I tried without success to locate the drain. They told me the drain inlet was covered with gravel on top of a soil filter before the drain. I tried but could not locate it. This driveway is only the length of two cars. I have asked them to repair it and have received no response so the problem remains. This spring I asked them to clear debris from the property. They left some large branches and a couple of cinder blocks behind. I called and asked them to finish the job which they did. The kicker was they billed me more than 50% higher than previous invoices; the manual labor charge went from $30 per hour to $45 while excavator charges went from $60 per hour to $100. Needless to say, I have switched lawn services. It's too soon to comment on my new service but the price is reasonable, similar to what I was paying previously. In short, there must be better lawn services in the area and at more reasonable prices.

There are 13 buildings (32 units) here. They are careful to plow all of the parking areas, and keep the walks shoveled nice and wide. If it keeps snowing, they return as needed, and make sure things are taken care of. They sand when needed with dark "manufactured sand". This has low silt content and really helps traction.
