I was connected to "John P." from Salt Lake City whom was unbelievable rude and couldn't answer any questions of mine. I don't know how he is a customer service agent in the first place since he wouldn't listen to my questions or concerns and was giving me the same advice over and over: call back the next business day. He didn't even know how to answer my basic questions, which lead to my frustration and me asking to be connected to a manager or supervisor. I asked him for his name, which he then started YELLING and rambling off this information to me. I again asked to be transferred which he said he couldn't do, and then asked for my name. At this point I was in no mood to humor him (and was feeling uncomfortable) and asked ONCE AGAIN to be transferred. All he did was place me on hold (not transferring me). My advice: if you call customer service and get anyone named "John" from Salt Lake City HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. If you don't want your day to be ruined or don't want to get yelled at or end up frustrated then do as I say!
