I told her I needed to open an college account then told her my age and she said I'd have to open an high school account. I told her on their website college accounts are 17-24 and she like oh well I guess you can have an college account. These employees are a joke. Will not be coming back to this branch.

Four years later they are asking for trust documents, but could give to the local bank. Bingo! Done! Now they are asking for trust documents AGAIN because the local Payette bank did NOT forward them. Under most circumstances this bank has been responsive and quite adequate. Now with a skeleton staff, the whole of the bank system sucks. Perhaps it is time to move on.
