A few years back my beautiful Weimaraner had puppies in a caraganna bush outside. Just after they arrived, Jessica came over with her impressive camera and crawled right into the bush to get a photo of my dog! Out she came with the most beautiful photo I have ever seen. A photo of my dog surrounded by tiny puppies, and the yellow petals of the caraganna bush somehow framing her eye lashes. I think the photo should win an award. Once I finally got in touch with him and went to view my photos, he locked me in his office and made me feel very uncomfortable. He pressured me to pay an absurd amount, which sadly I did because I felt I had no other option. I tried to cancel my order(within 48 hours of the appointment) and asked for a refund, but of course, he never returns his messages. By the time he messaged me back, over a week later, he said it was too late and my order had already been sent to be printed. I was told the edits would be sent to me for approval before printing, and they never were. He claims he sent my photos to another country for printing because no lab in Canada meets his standards.... ya, okay?! I asked for proof that they were sent to another country and of course, nothing has been provided. If you are looking for someone professional, this is not it!

Marcin & Dorota hiked with us to Peyto Lake for the ceremony and then we all drove to Lake Louise for photos and lunch, followed by more photos at Moraine Lake. They were committed to us for the entire day. We even had a sunset helicopter trip planned, but couldn't fly due to a pop-up thunderstorm. They are such wonderful, fun people who have a true passion for photography. They will go out of their way (laying on the ground, crawling into bushes, etc.) to get the perfect shot. We are blown away by this pair and we are already planning another trip from Tennessee to Canada so they can take family photos for us. You will not be disappointed in BDFK Photography!
