I purchased a BMW X7 from Concord BMW and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Billy, my sales advisor, Zack the GSM, and Alvin in finance were all fantastic. There was absolutely zero pressure, they were friendly, patient, and took the time to walk us through everything in detail. I actually came in not planning to buy, but they made the process so comfortable and transparent that it just felt right. They answered every question, explained all the options clearly, and made both my wife and me feel completely at ease. The entire team genuinely treats you like family. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will only purchase from this dealership going forward. Highly recommend Concord BMW and this team.

I recommend to not do service here. I was quoted at my local dealer in Concord to change spark plugs on my 2021 M340i. Concord quoted me at 1,855. I decided to use my vin at other local dealers to see if there were better deals. BMW East Bay has a special going on charging only 272.99 for the same work! I sent a screenshot to my advisor at Concord and they said they'll price match the spark plugs and micro filter! They're willing to take 1,500 dollars off service pricing. From $1,855 to $272.99! Check value service pricing with your VIN. UPDATE: My service advisor and the dealer were not happy with my post. Here is a email I received from them today. I'm done with this place. I've got every single service needed done at this place. They've helped out a lot, but the excuses for tying to charge 1800 plus for spark plugs is ridiculous. https://imgur.com/a/CPSTt2s

I did a bit of research across reviews here on Yelp and opinions on Reddit and BMW forums to see what the experience was like for others at Concord BMW. After reading what was mostly positive reviews, I decided to reach out and ask for a specific person in Sales to field some questions and possibly pay a visit to see the car I was interested in. Before I get into the specifics, let me take a moment to review the place itself. The dealership is fairly easy to locate with its entrance being right off one of the main roads in Concord and a direct turn onto their property from a stoplight. The parking lot in front of the dealership has plenty of spaces and is really obvious where to park if you're a potential customer. Unfortunately, what isn't as obvious (and maybe it's just me), is what door to enter to get into the showroom. Maybe I've just been to other dealerships where it's clearly marked, but this place had that vibe of, "that door is for employees only" or "that door is for sure locked", which made it kinda confusing. Anyways, once inside, the place is huge; the lobby area is very welcoming and has tons of chairs for you to sit and lounge in and get some refreshments/coffee/etc. All in all, a great, typical BMW vibe. Ok, the main stuff. Let's start off with the person I specifically wanted to reach out to because of all the reviews and feedback. Andy Li. From the very start of my phone conversation with Andy, he had this calmness about him that just made you feel really comfortable. As others have stated, he's easy to talk to and doesn't pressure you at all into anything. He's very understanding, offers advice, tells you like it is, and does whatever he can to be accommodating. Something that's lost amongst other salespeople that can go a long way with prospective clients. I mentioned I was interested in a car, he took down some information from me over the phone and the date/time I planned on visiting, and before I knew it, I was at the dealership looking at the vehicle, which was in the showroom at the time. He took me around the car and then took the initiative to setup a test drive for me in a different car, but of the same model so that I can see what it's like. Without going into each specific detail afterwards, he ran the numbers, evaluated my trade-in, made some suggestions and accommodations, and was really understanding of my wanting to do my due diligence. From that point on, we communicated via text and phone calls (EVEN DURING HIS DAYS OFF!!) until we finally got to signing the papers. I can't recommend reaching out to Andy enough if you're wanting to visit Concord BMW and need someone to deal with that's easy going that doesn't pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with! Next person to give a shoutout to, Irving Chen, the Finance Manager. In addition to Andy, Irving was instrumental in getting all the financial details squared away and continued to provide the same level of customer service that Andy had established. Irving reached out personally, as well, to graciously answer a lot of questions I had and reasonably accommodated a lot of my requests, which was extremely generous and caring. We finalized and did the deal remotely via e-signing and I took delivery of the vehicle the following day! If you have the opportunity to work with Irving throughout your deal, you're in good hands! Last, but certainly not least, Toni Brown! The BMW Genius that took me through my new car purchase and set me up with everything from the BMW App to configuring my iDrive to my liking. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a great person to talk to on the tail end of your purchasing experience wrapping everything up in a literal bow to send you on your way. Sure, there were a few hiccups and questionable things along the way, but that's to be expected when thinking about purchasing a vehicle, one of the biggest things a person can buy. I'm very grateful for the experience that I had, which Andy, Irving, and Toni played a huge part in and I couldn't have asked for more. I'm really enjoying my 2026 Brooklyn Grey M3 Competition xDrive; thanks for making my car ownership dream come true!

I want to take a few moments to share the wonderful X5 SUV purchase experience provided by Andy Li this past weekend! Andy is friendly, attentive, professional, and ensured that every step of the process - the test-drive, vehicle overview, determining the purchase price, arranging for financing, and final delivery, were hassle-free and enjoyable. I'm usually not a big fan of the new vehicle purchase process, however Andy deserves two thumbs up! I highly recommend Andy and Concord BMW for your next car purchase or lease.

I spent about a month looking for the right M240i for myself. I was on the BMW website everyday looking at listings as far out as Texas. An M240i specced out with all the packages I wanted popped up at this BMW in Concord and I immediate put in my information. I was contacted by the sales person Andy Li. They hadn't even posted pictures but he sent me pictures and videos of the car. The unfortunate part was that I am in the LA area and could not make it up there for about a week and a half. The finance manager said that they could not hold the car for me, even with a deposit, which I understood. I immediately gave up on the car and continued my search. A little under a week later Andy called me back and said the car was available if I was still interested. We ended up working out a deal and I was able to get everything signed online. I flew up two days later with a check from my credit union. Andy was supposed to pick me up at the BART station in Concord, however when he couldn't because he was with a client, he sent a Lyft for me which I thought was awesome customer service. When I pulled up in the Lyft, the M240i was already sitting outside ready for me. Once at the dealership I was in and out in about half an hour. They walked me through a bunch of settings in the car and I signed the last few items I had to sign. I left the dealership and didn't stop smiling the whole 5 and a half hours that it took me to get back home in LA. I want to give a big thank you to Andy for calling me back when he did and working with me to get this car purchased from afar. I also want to commend him on not being too pushy with the extras that they have to offer. I would recommend anyone looking for a BMW to work with Andy and the team and BMW Concord.

From start to finish, my experience with Ryan Chao was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car that met all my needs and stayed within my budget. What really stood out was how attentive and knowledgeable he was --every question I had was answered clearly, and I never felt pressured or rushed at any point in the process. Ryan took the time to walk me through all of my options, explain features in detail, and even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine commitment to helping me made this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to Ryan, I drove off the lot feeling confident and excited about my new car. I highly recommend working with him if you're looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make the experience well worth it.

From the very first phone call, we already had a feeling this was going to be a great experience--and it absolutely was. Our BMW sales experience was elevated by the exceptional service and attention we received from Lena Chi. She set the bar for what the car-buying journey should feel like--especially when purchasing a vehicle you've long dreamed of owning. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, professional yet genuinely warm, and most importantly, she made us feel like our excitement and expectations truly mattered. Every step was handled with care and clarity, and she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. That level of thoughtfulness made all the difference. When it was finally time to pick up the car, the entire team at BMW Concord went above and beyond--staying after hours just to make sure we were fully taken care of. They never made us feel rushed and ensured we had everything we needed, without hesitation. That speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. What a great team they have there at BMW Concord. I'll definitely be recommending them more than 100% and without a doubt, we'll be coming back for any future car needs. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Thank you, Lena, and Thank you, BMW Concord.

The price was transparent and no random fees or dealer add ons were slipped in secretly like another Bay Area Mazda dealership did to me this week. I rang the doorbell, and someone came out to help me. He was very careful that he had the right part. First, we went to the dealership and unfortunately they dont have the Jeep that I like. Then I show them the Jeep that I want in other dealership (Stevenson Creek Jeep), they simply got the car from there and give me the advertise price! While previously I went to Stevenson Creek earlier, they tried to fool me with the much higher price instead of the online price. I was very mad about this so I decided to try my luck in Future Jeep Concord. Guess what? Future Jeep simply transfer the same GCL in Stevenson Creek Jeep and gave us the same online price! The best part is not end yet! They gave my Honda Trade in for the price way OVER than what I expected (or the price is even higher if I sell in private market). The Store manager simply just decided to buy from us rather than having us to sell the car separately. Super happy about the purchase and thanks to the sales team there!

Before purchasing, I was told that an active recall (infotainment screen issue) would be resolved by March 25. This was important to my decision, as I planned to use the vehicle for Turo. After the purchase, I contacted Ford directly and was informed that there is currently no fix available and that it may not be resolved until June or later. Because of this, I cannot use the vehicle as intended. When I reached back out to the dealership, I was told there is nothing they can do and no exchange or return options are available. I understand recalls can be outside a dealer's control, but providing an inaccurate timeline that impacts a customer's decision is very frustrating. I would have made a different decision if I had known the actual situation. Overall, the car itself is fine, but the experience around communication and support after the sale has been disappointing.

I've walked out of multiple dealerships it is not a problem. He said I don't care you can walk out that's fine. That is when the general manager came into the office to try to de escalate the situation. GENERAL MANAGER NAME IS MO ALAM? I spoke to somebody else, Nasser who clarified he was acting GM as Mo wasn't in office. SINGH Khurana was the sales person who brought me to dealership , had me pull a hard credit inquiry and said that my official check that I had IN HAND from my credit union was not a cashiers check and I blindly trusted him. I do have a copy of the final contract that they tried to get me to sign. And the loan information that I had already came in already signed and approved . They are guaranteed funds. I had 3 different men try to explain to me what they were doing wasn't wrong. It's fraud and I strongly encourage to go with someone who knows what's going on or get educated because if they can screw you over they will. Always get the retail service agreement and make sure it's for the APR /same loan terms, and same OUT THE DOOR PRICE. I did apologize to rest of staff who had to hear me losing my mind, I was so upset I was shaking. It's disappointing to know that you cannot in fact "trust a salesman" . If Singh and Andy WERE truly uneducated and NOT deceitful then they shouldn't be on sales floor. Update (1 4) 4/7/26: Issue resolved, but the process revealed areas that need improvement…read more While my initial experience involved multiple visits, ongoing noise concerns, and frustration around inconsistent diagnoses, I do want to acknowledge that the issue has now been resolved. The A/C compressor was ultimately identified as the source of the problem--something that should have been caught earlier given the number of prior inspections. It's also important to note that these issues began following a routine oil change at the dealership, which led to an oil leak involving the oil pan, oil filter, and drain plug. My vehicle had no prior issues before that service, so this was a significant concern. I want to recognize Jaime (Service Advisor) for his consistency, professionalism, and commitment to helping move things forward. I also want to highlight Ali, the lead technician, who ultimately identified and resolved the issue. Additionally, Lisa (Service Manager) kept her word in working to get my vehicle back to the condition it was originally designed to be in. She listened, acknowledged both the issue and my concerns, and made a clear effort to address the situation. That was appreciated. However, I do believe the Service Group Director and Director of Operations could have been more proactive once this situation was escalated, especially with corporate involvement. More direct communication and leadership at that stage would have made a difference. I also want to note that I requested goodwill consideration from Hyundai multiple times throughout this process and have not received any. Given that this issue began in early January and was not fully resolved until the final week of March, after multiple service visits and extended time without my vehicle, I believe goodwill consideration is warranted and should still be evaluated. I am relieved the issue is now resolved, but the process to get there should have been more efficient and consistent from the start. I hope this feedback helps improve both diagnostic accuracy and communication moving forward. I'm sharing this update to reflect both the resolution and the full experience so others have a complete and accurate picture. Update: Picked up my car on 3/18. Thought the issues were fixed. Since picking it up, the issues are still there. They never fixed my car that they messed up after the oil change. I will be reaching out to corporate about this issue at this point. I've been coming here since 2024 and never had any issues with them. However, this past December I got a oil change from them and it messed my car up. While driving my vehicle in February, the oil lamp came on (It means that I need a oil change). I did not understand why because my vehicle was not driven much due to several vacations taken from Dec to that date in Feb. I have a 2023 Sante Fe. Very good on gas and oil. I contacted Hyundai immediately and they had my car towed to them. They diagnosed the issue. They stated that when the outstanding change had been done, the oil pan was not properly placed back on which caused an oil leak. This issue caused then to have my car for 2 or 3 days. They never offered me a loaner nor rental. I had to stay home from work for all those days. Honestly, I did not ask them for one because I did not even know they offered them. I never had to receive either before. Fast forward, my wife begin to notice a rough noise (My car does not make any noises or gave any issues. I have always kept my maintenance up since 2022 when I first purchased it). So when this noise happened, I did not understand why. That noise came on when you automatically started the vehicle, at stop lights and at red lights. It is horrible. This lasted for 2 weeks until I was able to get time off from work. In the 2nd week, the ac/ heat until began to also make noises. This was ridiculous. I finally got off 3/12. Took my car in.. there is a new guy there (Service Advisor) that really listened to my issue and even sat in my car for some time to great what I was hearing. He was very empathic. Jamie (Service Advisor) also showed empathy. She was not happy to hear that there were more issues with my car after the oil change. I explained to get that i needed a vehicle this time around because I had an appointment the next day. They had no loaners, but she got me a rental via Enterprise. Jammie gets 5 stars from me each and every time!

He made the entire buying process enjoyable and stress-free. Joe, the General Manager, took the time to introduce himself, which really showed how much he cares about his customers. He made sure everything went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied throughout the transaction. That personal touch meant a lot and speaks volumes about the leadership at this dealership. A special thank you to Lisa in Finance. She was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain every detail of the paperwork. She never rushed me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything before I signed. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Lisa made the finance process easy, comfortable, and completely transparent. Her professionalism and patience truly made a lasting impression. It's rare to find a dealership where everyone works together to create such a positive experience. The customer service I received from Ashay, Joe, and Lisa was second to none. If you're looking for a new vehicle and want to be treated with honesty, respect, and exceptional service, I highly recommend the Chevrolet dealership in Concord. Thank you all for making this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had! Even though I didn't buy a Chevrolet, they had a Lexus when I went here that caught my eye! They were fair with my trade-in and gave me a great price for it.
