UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish that I could bold the word, Unprofessional, for this purpose of this review. My friend had a baby shower planned for 1/14/22 that I was assisting her with executing. She received a call on 1/13/122 from someone apologizing that my friend has to cancel her event due to being on bed rest and explained that she would have, I believe 6 months to rent the chair at no cost, so basically a credit. Except.. my fe friend did not cancel her even because she's not on bedrest, which she explained. The apologized for the mixed up and confirmed the event and delivery for the event in Colombia Maryland. The delivery of my friend's rented chair was supposed to be between 2&3 because the event started at 5pm. 3 o'clock passed, no chair; 4pm, not chair. We finally call after 4 to get an estimated time of arrival, no answer. We checked and saw that the times listed on google have a closure of 2pm. We continued to call anyway and a woman picked up. We explained the situation and gave them my friend's last name. They told us there was no rental under that name. Praise God that I asked my friend to send me every receipt and communication with vendors, because I was Able to find the confirmation number for the rental. We give it to the woman and she tells us that the notes say that the rental is canceled because the person is on bedrest. I explained that they called yesterday and it was already explained that she is not on bedrest, very much well, very much working and very much expected to show up soon for her shower, so the issue needs to be fixed. Her response was that there was nothing that could be done because the warehouse was closed and the workers were at another event. I exchanged some words that included asking if my friend, who is 33 weeks pregnant is now expected to stand in the front of her event because of their mix up and demand that they find someone to open the warehouse so that we can come and get the chair. After bantering back and forth, which I should not have even had to do, the woman tells us someone will be there soon. Another friend reaches to the warehouse and is met by a girl standing at the door unbraiding her hair and being dismissive. We finally get the chair.. so we will be reaching out to talk about delivery fee. Since we took the chair and they now know the event is on. You think they would come and get the chair? NOPE. We had to call again ... we waited about an hour and a half for someone to show up. Person shows up complaining about how the company has him picking up the chair and he's not even supposed to be working. Tells us to express any issues we have with the front desk. #1 we didn't even express any issues TO HIM #2 it sounds like HE needed to express his issues with the front desk. I would never EVER use this place. If it was the last place standing in Maryland, I would rent from another state. read more

I asked for what I thought was an impossible balloon display, and to my AMAZEMENT it was the most Elegant balloon display ever. My guest are still talking about it. Not only was it Delivered timely the set up was quick & professional. I could tell the balloon design was made with expertise and love of what you do. I had my daughter's 21st birthday party on Saturday at this venue and it was a complete shit show! Yes, I tried to reach out before posting this review and there has been no communication to resolve my issue. One, I had an in person meeting to discuss the details of my expectations and I was told by Wendy not to worry "she's going to hook it up". Well need less to say, I was called two weeks before to ask me to push my party back by one hour because she misjudged the first event schedule for the day. Even after invitations were sent out and rsvp's was accepted, I did it because I wanted things to be right for the day. My vendors arrived at 8pm as instructed and the first event still was going on and my party was scheduled to begin at 9pm. The venue was trashed and I had to help clean up and set up. There was no decor except for what I brought, I'm sorry she did provide the vip chairs. However, no balloons, marquee numbers, lighting or anything else's that was discuss. Me and my family had to decorate and clean up from the prior event. The people that she had in place to "flip" the rooms as she would say looked exhausted and had no clue of the things she and I discussed. Never the less, we were extremely disappointed and you could never get back the moment or memories. I was helping with a corporate event and needed some last minute balloons. BnB was able to produce and deliver balloon bouquets on a tight timeline and they exceeded my expectations! The bouquets were beautiful and came decorated. They definitely added the extra touch that made my event look like a party. Customer service was good as well. This company was unprofessional from the beginning. I wanted so badly for this company to win, but the first impression proved otherwise. I met with a guy named Reese. He was pleasant but could not answer my questions, which became frustrating after leaving me alone, on several occasions while he left to obtain answers. Because I needed to see samples of the items I had chosen before they arrived at my home, I was presented with a card that showed I had to pay $100 to see the actual colors and arrangement of the decorations. I was shocked, to say the least. So, on the day of my event 2 young ladies came to my home and set up wrinkled table clothes, napkins that were freyed on the ends, chipped charger plates and wrinkled bows. I was extemely disappointed!! My event was very important and they didn't seem to care about the details. At 7pm at the end of my event, the company was to come and collect their items - NO SHOW, NO CALL..Two days pass by, I finally called them to find out when they'd come to collect. A male and female showed up a few hours later. I tt the woman, who says she was a Co-owner. I stated to her that I had some issues with the service and that I'd like to discuss them with her. She assured me she'd call me in the morning. Its been 3 days and she has not called me. Although I never had any documents from this company or a business card, not to mention the aforementioned issues previously stated, they were available on the day of my Vow Renewal Cermony and the price was right. read more

OMG! can you say Life Saver!!! I had my 50th birthday party on 8/26/17. I was short of chair covers and sashes. I found them on Google called them up and they took care of my needs on the spot!! I ended up renting other equipment and the customer service was awesome!! Please don't forget about LJ the photographer whom I hired on the spot!! BNB Events Decor Bamboozled a church!!!!! I was patient with someone who gave the initial impression that they were willing to work with me and meet my reasonable requests....BUT I should have stopped at the first red flag and know not to do business with a company that couldn't get the order right from the start. Secondly, on his own accord, Rhys Baptiste changed our order (after we paid for service) and ruined the pageant decorations for the children's ministry. But that's not it...to add insult to injury he collected $200 worth of our balloons after the event and used them outside of his business as advertisement. When confronted about the huge miss on their part, Rhys admitted fault for filling the order incorrectly, for not confirming which balloons he should discard after the event (because he was in a hurry) and for driving off into the sunset with our balloons. When given the chance BNB Events Decor decided not to make things right. Big mistake. Huge mistake. It's truly a sad state of affairs when businesses acknowledge fault and/or wrongdoing and do nothing to satisfy paying customers. I don't usually post reviews because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but this time I was compelled to share my experience and hopefully prevent someone else from being bamboozled by BNB Events Decor!!! read more
