Horrible experience! Ordered a floral arrangement for mother's day. Albeit close to the day, the website said it could be delivered the day after. The next day I get an email saying they cannot deliver the arrangement I picked but gave me option of a dozen roses. I declined and my mom got no flowers for mother's day. Did I wait too long? Maybe. Did I place an order in good faith only to have them cancel it a day later? Yes. The plus side to this is I found a much better flower shop in Ocala called the Ocala Flower Shop. I would do my shopping there If I were you. read more

I called for a last minute arrangement to be sent same day to a funeral service and wanted a cut flower arrangement. The lady on the phone was very apologetic but they would only be able to provide a planter on such short notice. I went ahead and ordered the planter, sight unseen, and when I saw it I was thrilled with it. It was very large and it arrived in a ceramic pot--not some cheap plastic container. She had included some fresh cut flowers in it and it was so pretty. I could have not been more pleased with the honesty, the service or the quality.
