I had an exceptional experience with Board Paradise. I placed an online order for a hard-to-find item I needed for a Christmas gift. There was a mix up but Board Paradise called me directly (not the usual lame email) and corrected the problem immediately. Would give 0 Stars if that was an option.This company is terrible!! Stay Away! I purchased two sets of Trucks for my kiddos birthday, from their Amazon Store. I received a message from Amazon that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful; however, when i went to the mailbox there was a note stating that there was $17.86 due for postage (interesting as it was advertised as Free Shipping). After speaking with the Post Office, it was explained that Boardparadise misrepresented the weight of the package, in an effort to pay less. I made multiple attempts, both through Amazon and direct to the company and they did nothing to fix the problem. Finally Amazon stepped up and sent me a credit to cover the shipping and will investigate the issue. read more

For Black Friday I treated myself to a bit of history... a Sims Taperkick that after rebates came out to $51.00 (warehouse would have sold me one THAT DAY for $60) I was sent a receipt and I've waited... not getting a tracking order by now I followed up, turns out my order was cancelled due to it being priced wrong (which was still priced the same yesterday.) I wrote him back noting how unprofessional that was and what he did was very close to bait and switch fraud. He apologized and offered to send me the board for $85 if I still wanted it (It's now on his site for $72 with rebates) SUPPORT YOUR SMALL SHOPS! This place is terrible. I ordered a Powell complete skateboard and skated it a few times before I left for military training. I noticed the board was uneven; I just thought it was the trucks breaking in. Come to find out they sold me a warped board and now it rolls uneven because it is warped. I sent them a message before I left explaining the issue, with no response. When I got back from training, I contacted customer service and explained to them my issue. They said there is nothing they can do, because it had been a few months. Well how about you check your product before you send it to customers? Thanks for nothing. read more

Bad experience. First of all, they do not respond to emails or even phone calls. I left 2 messages through phone and 5 messages through their website. No respond. I ordered mittens that I needed for the upcoming weekend and they shipped only one of them. One of my mittens that I ordered together did not come in the same package and I still haven't received it. When I tried to message them asking about my mittens, they did not respond and now I do not have mittens for the upcoming weekend at big bear. read more
