My husband and I love this place but yesterday,Sunday, I went there with my son (28) and husband and I was puzzled by the strange coincidence that it appeared to me that they were sitting all Latinos in the bottom part of the restaurant pictured here. Theirs was an old picture I didn't take a picture yesterday cause it was pouring rain. There must have been about 9 families basically all the tables and we were all (90%) Hispanics. I could tell cause they were speaking Spanish. Waiters were predominantly Spanish speaking too. I never noticed this before but it was strange, I went to ask the manager about my observation and he said that's where they put large parties but were only three anyway my message to the manager is be careful with this type of thing. I am Latina but in terms of wealth, culture, and class am as good as anyone on the upper level. I'll keep going back as this is the spot for Cape Coral but maybe I'll change my last name to Smith and see what happens. . Anyone else ever get this feeling of segregation or bias there? read more

Our waitress had a horrible personality and when she brought our appitiezers she didn't bring any plates. She only came by twice the entire time we were there to check on, us never refilled our drinks. Been going there for last four years and by far the worst experience. The mango jalapeno coleslaw was days old and missing the jalapenos. For $87 it was not worth the visit. read more

purchased a new boat from the boat house cape coral in jan 2019. i was led to believe they would handle all the warranty boat service no problem. For the 20 hour service they said if i could get it to them it would be 3 to 6 weeks. 5 other minor problems that they will not come and fix, have to bring the boat to them and then it will be 3 to 6 weeks, terrible service at the cape coral store. use the port charlotte store for great service.
