Once we did that, they dropped us as quickly as they could. Now, let's think about this: they've been receiving money from us for many years - in sum total, more than our claim (so they've still made a profit off of us). Additionally, let's not forget all those years they we've been sending them money, money they were free to invest with as they see fit, resulting in even more profit. Yet they didn't do something like increase our premium after we filed a claim - they simply dropped us, forcing us to buy replacement insurance at more than TWICE the cost! Moral of the story: look elsewhere because they WILL drop you if you ever need to use the actual service you're investing in.

Recently I payed 200.00 in a new format they use called Doxo, and was assinged an 8.23 fee. They put the charge in as a cash advance, so my credit card company charged me an interest fee of 13.74. For paying my monthly charge online last month it cost me 21.97 in fees. I let Noyles know I was not happy about this and got no response. About a month ago, I had asked that my monthly premium he taken out of my checking account as is my mortgage payment. It still has not been done. In the past when I have called Noyles with a simple question Unwound be told to call the agent, who is very overloaded with work. Once I called Noyles to inquire into a new, very common policy, that the staff person had not knowledge of, and decided not to talk to the agent, and find that policy elsewhere. It is my impression that Noyles is very poor managed, with no regard for how they operate and the impact on customers.
