I had a very positive experience at the Cleburne DPS office. From the minute I walked in, Candice…read morewas incredibly helpful. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She has exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, which are so important in an environment where staff interact with the public throughout the day. Hillary was also very professional and processed my daughter's first-time learner's permit efficiently. The entire process was clear, organized, and smooth. Our appointment was at 10:20 a.m. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and were able to check in at 9:50 a.m., and we were completely finished by approximately 11:20-11:30 a.m. I also appreciated that the staff consistently checked on those of us who were waiting. We never felt ignored or unsure about what was happening. In a time when good customer service, professionalism, and a strong work ethic can sometimes feel hard to find, this experience really stood out to me. I'm traditional/old-school when it comes to these values, and I truly appreciated seeing an office and staff who still demonstrate them. Thank you to Candice, Hillary, and the entire Cleburne DPS team for making my daughter's first learner's permit experience such a pleasant one. My son was nervous to go to this place to get his driving permit for the first time, but the staff were so nice, they melted away all his anxiety. Hubby & son saw them kindly helped a woman who did not have the proper documents for her appointment. This place is 45 minutes from our house, but absolutely worth the drive.

I tell the lady over the phone it says I can't because I was going 30 over the limit. The lady says I can still come in and try or just pay in full, and the ticket remains on my record. so I come in on the day the ticket says to come in, and when I get there there's no advice, just people telling me either Pay in full or stand trial. if you stand trial, we have no clue what happens, then why are you telling people to stand trial?? how is it Court paid government Staff doesn't know much about traffic violations? all they knew was what they were trained to do process my ticket and collect my money. I could have done that online and not missed a work day this was a complete waste of my time.

02/01/2022 i hade 3 traffic violation turn in to warrants couldn't renew my exp. license I was…read morehired but couldn't hire me with expired ID It's a bad headache to have things that I should have done but forgotten but we're human It's another headache trying to make the right choice get lawyer that way don't have to risk getting under arrest I saw advertisement $50 to take care of warrants to good to be true $175 per warrant? I called to courthouse to ask what or how can I get this warrants lifted? the lady that answered was friendly both times I called. she explain my options how to take care of this bad situation with out getting any more troubles, she was something else. I didn't expect such kindness . Ok after getting all information it was better to handle this myself. Municipal Court, Grand Prairie l walked in there is 2 guards police at the metal detector asked 1 Question they answered no problems, no waiting in line, Jesus is the name of the Clerk I dealt with another great experience no misunderstanding or troubles Gave him $500 ( pay half of what is the total $ if single warrant if more warrants add all the total you pay half to git warrants lifted) fill out a paper Full name your address and monthly payment plane was made sign and it was not a bad situation at all I can't believe how stupid craziness on my part and getting a bad headaches when I was look it up best way to take care of traffic ticket which have become warrants I can't believe the information that every individual needs to find out what kind of warrant or ticket he got by looking it up and what town or city they did it take a ticket then call the Municipal Court and they will give you all the information that they know will not bring you any more trouble they were actually get you out of trouble and get it dealt with like I said depending on the violation you have do not be afraid just call the Municipal Court ask somebody there they'll give you the information take care of it I almost lost a job opportunity because of this it's time to get it done and it's a great feeling to understand that you will not have a problem if a run into police sometimes we get to comfortable and forget about it till the day that it happens you get more trouble because that's all that is going to happen you have to take care of it or one day it will take care of you in the future it's more trouble not going to be able to get your license your job opportunity it's only going to be trouble not only by the law it only trouble you have to do it yourself and call the court ask the Questions you want answered and you will see what a different that you get it's not as bad as what you read when you ask your phone on the way to take care of warrants or violations tickets of traffic Just take care of it it feels so good wish you luck your not a criminal for traffic violations there not going to be waiting on you to take you in jail for expired License plate or registration which I did have a warrant since 2013 Yep that's stupid
