They literally stole my money after getting pictures of the house and sending me a letter saying…read morethey can't give me insurance they keep sending bills trying to steal from me. I need homeowners insurance so the city of Danville will hopefully help put a new roof on my house just in case a roofer would fall or something. I can't afford any other insurance carrier even with 5k deductible. You know I carried the insurance for a year and they thought that there wasn't anything wrong with the roof because I had just spent $400 having it tarped. I carried it a whole year waiting on the city and when it's finally a couple months from the city coming over to do their inspection and get estimates I got sick got covid and I also had to have major oral surgery. I lost track of money and got behind and missed payments and the agent thinks that missing payments during hardship and restarting the policy with zero balance mind you because I had already paid anything I owed them when they canceled the policy the first time when I missed the payments. The agent thinks it should take my monthly payments from $49 all the way to $140 some dollars a month when they don't even have any intention of helping me get the roof on the house.
