I wish this could have been a positive review. I really do. I came in one day and ordered a set of…read moreBFGoodrich KO2 tyres for my Ford Territory, along with a wheel alignment. Was told to come in the next day for fitment as they would have to be delivered to the location, and that was fine. Fast delivery was nice. But this is where the problem began. Tyres were priced egregiously, enough to have put me an extra $200 out of pocket compared to acquiring the tyres from another source. But that wasn't the bad bit - this was: I paid $80 for a wheel alignment to be done to ALL four wheels. I came back when I was notified that my vehicle was ready to collect, and I was told that they only did the front two, and I was still charged to do all four. I was given the most (mind my language) horsesh*t reasoning possible as to why my rear axle was unable to be aligned. I was left with a 9mm misalignment on the rear and was told that the previous shop (who did my coil overs) were at fault for replacing a part that should not have been replaced (even though I was there for the whole spring replacement and can confirm that no such thing was done). Obviously, I wanted a second opinion, and I got one. I actually got two. Both of them told me that this shop tried to screw me over (and they did). I ended up going to another automotive shop around the corner and the 4 wheels were aligned with ease, and for only $19 more. There was nothing missing - and nothing was replaced. Suspension was OEM apart from coil overs, and those do not affect the ability to align the wheels whatsoever. I suspect that these guys just wanted to jib me of my money or they just didn't want to do the damn job. It pisses me right off.

Dodgy beyond description. Replaced my top quality front tire with a lowest quality tire at a price…read moreof a top tire. Instead of swapping new front with one of the rears to make both front the same just left it as is and never bothered to balance it or check the air that was low. My car was literally jumping all the way home... no respect to customers at all. Not even close to professional and even somewhat discriminating service - easy enough to fool a lady on a small car. Don't think they would have done that to a male really. Went to Bob Jane to get it fixed and received awesome service. Thanks Bab Jane
