The attorneys do not. More communication from billing than from the attorney. When the billing department contacts you more than your lawyer, the priorities are clear -- and they are not the client. The attorney introduced at the beginning was NOT the attorney assigned after payment. That switch alone is a major red flag. My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates. I had been living in Arizona for less than a year at the time and my parents were out of the country, I had trouble getting a hold of them. On my third day in custody a guard woke me up and Brenna met me in the cell area just hours after my parents hired her. Three weeks later I was rearrested for two more counts of stalking that were being investigated by Mesa PD, prior to my first arrest. I was improperly held non bondable for 7 days. Immediately Brenna got an emergency hearing in front of the presiding criminal judge, and was released on a 1k bond, when the state asked for 10k. The case in Maricopa County resolved in a class 6 undesignated. At sentencing I told her I hope to never need a lawyer again but if I did I would call her without hesitation. In Yavapai County we were offered a class 6 felony plea, Brenna proactively put together a mitigation package of my Autism spectrum disorder diagnosis as well as taking a strive personal safety course. At EDC the prosecutor agreed to an undesignated plea. She was very instrumental in helping me be fully reinstated on probation with no sanctions. Brenna will come to bat for her clients at all costs. He paid no taxes, and 0 upkeep on the house, which was part of the estate. Through legal means and rewriting from the original executors he stole the property that he never paid taxes on or did upkeep. Tim Hall had a conflict of interest, when he drew up the trust because he was doing it for family. His sister has Alzheimer's, and through rewrites and his legal means he is taking the property from the original executors of the trust. In a Michael Douglas movie, Douglas's attorney said 'it's a game to them'! I hired Att. Tom Griffin because of a utility company. In arbitration the co. said 'we had the job listed under another grade'. Mr. Griffin said 'I didn't know that'. Griffin had all the info so he knew about it. Griffin kept saying the $20k was a lot of money. I told him, it's NOT! Later he agreed with me, but he got his thousands of dollars & he's not giving it back to me! Looking back, I should have demanded that the company attorneys be in the same room with us! I should have stopped the arbitration, but Griffin never gave it as an option, and I was emotional and couldn't think to stop it. He wants it fast and with no bumps along the way. Afterwards, I asked him about the other company issue with the contract company (associated with the utility co) & suddenly its 'I don't do litigation'. Went home & looked on Att. co web site & his bio didn't say litigation. So, the next time we spoke, he says 'I do litigation' but now he wouldn't continue with my next case. Griffin says whatever convenient to him! I say 'Griffin is a smart man, but what a waist as a peoples attorney'. He finalizes as many cases in one day as possible. He won't fight for you (your lucky if he likes you) and it appears to me that this is financial favor for companies. While we, the small people suffer, and can't get a job. Just another attorney that has put a nail in my coffin! 'it's a game to them'! Fighting for your truth to be heard and never giving up, has its drawbacks... you end up poor!
