I enjoyed that one character was watching a story and the sound was played in the theater to make it life-like. After the show the cast was lined up outside the theater, in front t of the restroom! It was a comfortable waiting, box office and concession area. Parking was easy w free street parking. I appreciated that the seats despite having arms, were wide enough for large adults. I will definitely come back to town for another show. Thanks Rep Theater for a wonderfully delightful afternoon!

We went on a Friday night and was greeted in the lobby by two kind performers who were selling beverages. There was a small bathroom and coatracks available as well. We were ushered upstairs into their small black box theatre. There was room for twenty audience members. The room itself was quite ordinary - it was literally a room, not a typical theatre by any means- but that was what gave its charm. The play itself was hilarious. It warned its use of adult humor, and that definitely needed to be noted. As a young adult, I quite enjoyed the humor used, but I can't say the same for other older viewers. The writing and acting was wonderful. The cost for the play was also quite nice! I am definitely interested in attending more plays in the future here.

A gem of a civic theatre right in lil' ol' Rochester. They have so much talent volunteering and…read moreworking here it isn't funny---and the local people that continue to perform are astounding.......I have been to several shows here and am always so impressed----It is good affordable entertainment and I think Rochester is very fortunate to have this available......Everything from the sets, to the lighting, to the costuming, to the presentation is top-notch. It is a lot of fun to mingle with the cast after the show too which is typically supported...AND if you are lucky enough to be there when they are doing a special opening night you may get some wonderful snacks and champagne....If you budget is tight and you want to see all the shows volunteer to be an usher and you can help out AND see the show for free...

I like that they are trying to offer up some community events where people can come hang out and be part of something.....bring a blanket- chair-snacks-bug spray-and some friends and enjoy some of the things your city has to offer

Parking is also difficult to find. There is a LOT of goose sh*t in the park, which is gross... I don't recommend sitting on the ground. In general people are pretty well behaved. There are a few stands around that serve snacks and drinks. Just wish we would get some bands I have actually heard of. They seem to get a lot of washed up bands that were cool in the 70's/80's, but I suppose it is hard to find artists who are willing to play for free. My favorites were Blue Oyster Cult, Kansas, and George Thorogood. It is nice to have some form of free entertainment in Rochester besides Thursdays on First & Third in the summertime. These happen on Sundays throughout the summer.

Quite bigger than this place with also a more recognized hospital Mayo Clinic. Which is all over the city for different needs. Also to bolster relationships that fly in and out of this Minnesota place, a lot of hotels and restaurants are prevalent. We just drove from OWATONNA (40 min drive) I was impressed on how clean this place was. There were too many double takes because I used to frequent these places in NY, the public library, the different signs that have the word in it. It was an eerie feeling. Than means only one thing... I need to go back home...
