My awful experience is with one employee in particular, Kristie Bailey. I recently won 4 small lots at an auction that closed this Sunday. I was going to be driving over an hour and needed to pick up my items at 2pm to be back in time to get my daughter from school. I reached out to Kristie via txt as soon as I realized I needed to sign up for a specific pickup time within a 4 hour pickup window. I did not get a response so I called 830am the next day (day of pickup) no response. Tried a third time 907am and was told I needed to have signed up and its stated on the website. We got off the phone and I went back to see if in error I had overlooked it. Could not find it so I reached out again, Kristie informed me that it was there and that she would have someone send it over ( without asking any of my information). I stated I just wanted a refund then since no where does it state that I needed to sign up to come pickup the items I had already paid her for. She immediately and rudely told me NO and hung up on me. I was/am very upset in how this was handled and cannot believe this woman works with the public.
