Came back tonight and was so happy. I got the taro coconut milk tea again along with the barley milk tea - both were so good. I love that you can actually taste the tea, and the drinks are incredibly smooth. Nothing grainy or clumpy at all, just perfectly smooth throughout. The service is always quick and efficient. low key devastated because this used to be The Best boba spot, hands down. The boba was always fresh, chewy, and deliciously flavored. The milk tea base has the perfect blend of tea flavor and milk, without either overpowering. after it changed from Rapha to the new name, things were the same for a while. and then one day, they got rid of the rounded bottom cups. the new cups are flimsy, you can't grip it too tight without squashing it. but it was fine. a little less cute and a bit annoying, but fine, it still tasted great. until now. the boba now is absolutely flavorless. still the same great texture, but zero flavor. i went back 3 times to try and figure out why it tasted off, until finally pinpointing the issue to be the boba. i can no longer drink it. i Know what this drink Could and Should be. I think the new management is just trying to cut costs wherever possible. and it breaks my heart that they would mess with the boba. there's sooo many boba options in this one shopping center. none as great as what this place used to be. @management if yall bring back the old boba and some less flimsy cups hit me up because i'll come running back. but until then. i mourn. read more

Bubble tea: the ultimate 'sip-er' power beverage! Previously known as Rapha Tea, this place is now Boba and Brew Tea House. Although the name has changed, everything inside, including the menu, seems to be the same as Rapha's. I got the Ube Jasmine and it was a decent cup. It was super flavorful although a bit too sweet even at 50% sugar. Adjust your drink's sweetness and ice level to your liking. As stated in my review for Rapha, I do like the round-bottom cups here. Was stopping by the bakery a few doors down and decided to stop in for some boba tea. The shop is super cute with IG worthy photo ops and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I got the Okinawa based on the recommendation of the clerk and the original milk tea with boba for the hubby. I got the Okinawa half sweet but it was still a little strong for me which is shocking since I normally use so much sugar. It was delicious and I enjoyed it, I may just opt to try a different one without the brown sugar to taste the sweetness difference. The hubby really enjoyed the original and said it was what you expect for a boba milk tea, and it wasn't overly sweet even though I ordered it 100% sweet for him. The Hokkaido milk tea was alright, nothing outstanding. I would try something different next time. The family member I had gotten the taro milk tea for said even though it was only 25% sweetness, it was still pretty sweet. Probably texturally the best popcorn chicken I have had in AZ. Great crunch without feeling heavy. I had the spicy and it wasn't too hot, I do wish I had more chili sauce tho. There is a large seating here, lots of tables and chairs, and even a claw machine! The decor was super cute too, lots of color and florals! While I preferred my own drink over theirs, their Rose Lychee was pretty good... it was a more mild flavor, but very refreshing. The Jasmine was beautifully infused into the tea, so every mouthful was full of the Jasmine fragrance. It was not too sweet - you can tell them how sweet you want it, which is a great option IMO. Rapha Tea has a lot of options for milk teas and other drinks as well. You are able to choose your ice and sweetness percentage which is nice to have that option. I ordered the hazelnut milk tea with 50% sweetness and I would personally go up a little bit more in sweetness next time. The other refresher teas are Honey Tea, Calamodin Tea, Rose-Lychee Tea, Lychee Tea, Peach Tea, Mango Tea, Strawberry Tea, Passionfruit Tea, Pineapple Tea, Grapefruit Tea, Wintermelon Tea, Aloha Sunshine Tea (lychee peach mango), Guava Tea. I have never tried any of these other teas there. They also have a fresh tea series with Black Tea, Jasmine Green Tea, Oolong Tea, and Hojicha Tea. I am more interested in trying their special teas: Rapha Signature, Matcha Tiger, Fresh Taro Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea. I am not sure what their butterfly series means but they have them in Lychee Butterfly, Wintermelon Butterfly, Passionfruit Butterfly, Rose-Lychee Butterfly. Their slush series sound good with Strawberry Cap and Mango Cap. Their menu is quite extensive with a juice menu too. Honey Calamodin, Passionfruit Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Wintermelon Juice, Mango Juice, Kiwi Juice, Guava Juice, Blue Hawaiian, Winter Wonder Land, Passionfruit Cap, Strawberry Cap. I also have not tried many of the flavored milk teas. I like the rapha milk tea since it has a lot of flavor. It tastes a little like they use maple syrup as the sweetener so if you don't like that you don't like their winter melon milk tea. They also had banh mi sandwiches here which was for a later day (and later in the review). We ordered a large Milk Tea Lovers ($4.25) with boba and a large Almond Milk Tea ($4.25) with boba. The drinks were made within minutes and were ready for us. The Milk Tea Lovers tasted good to me and the Almond Milk Tea was not bad. The boba was soft and chewy so that was good. We came later on a later date to order a regular Jasmine Milk Tea ($3.75) with boba and a large Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.25) with boba. The flavor was good for the drink. We also ordered a #2 Banh Mi Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Sandwich) ($6.00) and the #5 Banh Mi Bo Nuong (Grilled Beef Sandwich) ($6.50). The Grilled Pork Sandwich was okay and the Grilled Beef Sandwich was also okay to me. They both were nothing special and I would recommend just getting the drinks here.
