Best boba house in town ! they have pandan foam and workers are always friendly in a good mood and very helpful they let u taste the items on the menu to help out with options the restrooms are clean and they have a claw machine plus their popcorn chicken is the BEST!

The drinks do look cool.

Bubble tea: the ultimate 'sip-er' power beverage! Previously known as Rapha Tea, this place is now Boba and Brew Tea House. Although the name has changed, everything inside, including the menu, seems to be the same as Rapha's. I got the Ube Jasmine and it was a decent cup. It was super flavorful although a bit too sweet even at 50% sugar. Adjust your drink's sweetness and ice level to your liking. As stated in my review for Rapha, I do like the round-bottom cups here. They match my round bottom. XD

I ordered two boba milk teas to take home, and they tasted very watered down. It mostly tasted like milk with almost no tea flavor at all. I chose this place because I was ordering food next door and wanted something nearby, but it was disappointing. With so many other boba options in the same plaza, I probably wouldn't come back. They should train their employees better on how to properly make the drinks.

Boba Milk Tea and Okinawa
Cecilia L.

Was stopping by the bakery a few doors down and decided to stop in for some boba tea. The shop is super cute with IG worthy photo ops and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I got the Okinawa based on the recommendation of the clerk and the original milk tea with boba for the hubby. I got the Okinawa half sweet but it was still a little strong for me which is shocking since I normally use so much sugar. It was delicious and I enjoyed it, I may just opt to try a different one without the brown sugar to taste the sweetness difference. The hubby really enjoyed the original and said it was what you expect for a boba milk tea, and it wasn't overly sweet even though I ordered it 100% sweet for him. Definitely need to come back to try other teas, especially since almost all are made with non-dairy milk for me!!

I was waiting for some take-out food from one of the restaurants nearby and decided to pop in and grab a drink to pass time. After looking over their extensive drink menu, I decided to order a Hokkaido milk tea with lychee jelly for myself, and a taro milk tea with lychee jelly at 25% sweetness for a family member. The Hokkaido milk tea was alright, nothing outstanding. I would try something different next time. The family member I had gotten the taro milk tea for said even though it was only 25% sweetness, it was still pretty sweet. Some things I really liked about this place were that there were so many options for drinks, a decent selection for food, and how spacious it was with plenty of seating options indoors. Overall, service was friendly and helpful. I went during midday on a weekend so they were quite busy, but the wait time wasn't bad for how busy they were.

Always love this spot! Got a rose-lychee butterfly drink with aloe Vera. Quick service and refreshing on a hot afternoon!

Probably texturally the best popcorn chicken I have had in AZ. Great crunch without feeling heavy. I had the spicy and it wasn't too hot, I do wish I had more chili sauce tho. I think I still like the flavor of The Alley's better but this is AMAZING don't get me wrong. For $7 it's a pretty good deal too. I can't wait to come back. It came fast and the shop was nice and clean.

This place was great! I walk by all of the time and finally decided to give it a try! They have a large drink menu, lots of options to try. There is a large seating here, lots of tables and chairs, and even a claw machine! The decor was super cute too, lots of color and florals! I decided to try something warm and caffeinated, so I choose the Vietnamese coffee. I ordered 50% sweet, but took one sip and realized it was still very sweet. The employees working offered to remake it without the extra sugar which was very nice of them to do. I did like it better after they re-made it! I can't wait to come back and try their boba!! They also offer Banh Mi which looked delicious!

Stopped in here yesterday during my lunch break to grab a drink. I noticed a few days ago that the name had changed! Not sure when that happened. Surprised I didn't see it when I was just next door on Sunday. It is no longer Rapha Tea which has been here for many years. They are now Boba and Brew Tea House. I decided to go check them out and give it a try thinking it was going to be different but everything looked the same! Even the menu items were the same. I ordered a large Wintermelon Milk Butterfly Tea. Same cups, same taste! Kinda glad there wasn't a change in flavors cuz I liked Rapha

This is my go-to boba spot only due to the convenient location (right next to 99 Ranch Market and 85C Bakery) and the fact that they have bánh mì's offered on their menu. Service is friendly however can take awhile. Tons of variety when it comes to milk teas which I can appreciate. Plenty of seating and fun activities for kids (games and a claw machine).

Sophie K.

I used to not like this place, but I could tell they improve their boba quality! My friend got me Oolong milk tea the other day and I was surprised that she got it from here. So I came again, tried their rose lychee milk tea with popcorn chicken, and omg rose lychee milk tea was so good! And boba was perfectly chewy, not hard. Nom nom! And of course, popcorn chicken was yummy. Since then, this is one of my go-to boba spots in Chandler, good boba and snack!

Lisa L.

I like the ambiance and the decor. The teas are pretty good in general. Our favorite is the Rose Lychee Butterfly with crystal boba. It's very pretty and tasty.

I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! I have to point out that they have one of the best tasting green tea, and they literally have the best service anyone can ask for. I don't know how she does it, but Ashley brews this green tea perfectly. While most other Paris Baguette locations have the same green tea, they honestly do not taste exactly the same (Phoenix location on Baseline/32nd St is a totally different tea). When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
