Came back tonight and was so happy. I got the taro coconut milk tea again along with the barley milk tea - both were so good. I love that you can actually taste the tea, and the drinks are incredibly smooth. Nothing grainy or clumpy at all, just perfectly smooth throughout. The service is always quick and efficient. I've tried several of their other drinks as well and have always been happy. You really can't go wrong here. read more

Bubble tea: the ultimate 'sip-er' power beverage! Previously known as Rapha Tea, this place is now Boba and Brew Tea House. Although the name has changed, everything inside, including the menu, seems to be the same as Rapha's. I got the Ube Jasmine and it was a decent cup. It was super flavorful although a bit too sweet even at 50% sugar. Adjust your drink's sweetness and ice level to your liking. As stated in my review for Rapha, I do like the round-bottom cups here. They match my round bottom. XD read more

I ordered two boba milk teas to take home, and they tasted very watered down. It mostly tasted like milk with almost no tea flavor at all. I chose this place because I was ordering food next door and wanted something nearby, but it was disappointing. With so many other boba options in the same plaza, I probably wouldn't come back. They should train their employees better on how to properly make the drinks. read more

Was stopping by the bakery a few doors down and decided to stop in for some boba tea. The shop is super cute with IG worthy photo ops and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I got the Okinawa based on the recommendation of the clerk and the original milk tea with boba for the hubby. I got the Okinawa half sweet but it was still a little strong for me which is shocking since I normally use so much sugar. It was delicious and I enjoyed it, I may just opt to try a different one without the brown sugar to taste the sweetness difference. The hubby really enjoyed the original and said it was what you expect for a boba milk tea, and it wasn't overly sweet even though I ordered it 100% sweet for him. Definitely need to come back to try other teas, especially since almost all are made with non-dairy milk for me!! read more

I was waiting for some take-out food from one of the restaurants nearby and decided to pop in and grab a drink to pass time. After looking over their extensive drink menu, I decided to order a Hokkaido milk tea with lychee jelly for myself, and a taro milk tea with lychee jelly at 25% sweetness for a family member. The Hokkaido milk tea was alright, nothing outstanding. I would try something different next time. The family member I had gotten the taro milk tea for said even though it was only 25% sweetness, it was still pretty sweet. Some things I really liked about this place were that there were so many options for drinks, a decent selection for food, and how spacious it was with plenty of seating options indoors. Overall, service was friendly and helpful. I went during midday on a weekend so they were quite busy, but the wait time wasn't bad for how busy they were. read more

Probably texturally the best popcorn chicken I have had in AZ. Great crunch without feeling heavy. I had the spicy and it wasn't too hot, I do wish I had more chili sauce tho. I think I still like the flavor of The Alley's better but this is AMAZING don't get me wrong. For $7 it's a pretty good deal too. I can't wait to come back. It came fast and the shop was nice and clean. read more

This place was great! I walk by all of the time and finally decided to give it a try! They have a large drink menu, lots of options to try. There is a large seating here, lots of tables and chairs, and even a claw machine! The decor was super cute too, lots of color and florals! I decided to try something warm and caffeinated, so I choose the Vietnamese coffee. I ordered 50% sweet, but took one sip and realized it was still very sweet. The employees working offered to remake it without the extra sugar which was very nice of them to do. I did like it better after they re-made it! I can't wait to come back and try their boba!! They also offer Banh Mi which looked delicious! read more

Stopped in here yesterday during my lunch break to grab a drink. I noticed a few days ago that the name had changed! Not sure when that happened. Surprised I didn't see it when I was just next door on Sunday. It is no longer Rapha Tea which has been here for many years. They are now Boba and Brew Tea House. This is my go-to boba spot only due to the convenient location (right next to 99 Ranch Market and 85C Bakery) and the fact that they have bánh mì's offered on their menu. Service is friendly however can take awhile. Tons of variety when it comes to milk teas which I can appreciate. Plenty of seating and fun activities for kids (games and a claw machine). read more

I used to not like this place, but I could tell they improve their boba quality! My friend got me Oolong milk tea the other day and I was surprised that she got it from here. So I came again, tried their rose lychee milk tea with popcorn chicken, and omg rose lychee milk tea was so good! And boba was perfectly chewy, not hard. Nom nom! And of course, popcorn chicken was yummy. Since then, this is one of my go-to boba spots in Chandler, good boba and snack! read more

We don't like ice in our milk tea on to-go orders because it water down the drinks when we get home. The first few times we ordered here, we noticed they gave us less volume, which we thought it would be an accident. After multiple orders, we noticed they do this every time. So we noticed the owner probably gave orders to the crew to reduce the volume when customers order without ice. What's the point of going Large? They are just cheap. read more

Visiting from CA so we're picky with our boba! Ordered the mango tea with popping boba, aloha sunrise and decaf teas for the kids. Everything 50% sweet and BOMB! Quick Boba stop! My sister is a regular here, but it was a first for me. The restaurant was super busy, but they were really nice and got all the orders right. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea (my usual order at any boba tea place) with boba, and we got her and my mom the Rose Lychee Yogurt with Boba. While I preferred my own drink over theirs, their Rose Lychee was pretty good... it was a more mild flavor, but very refreshing. The Jasmine was beautifully infused into the tea, so every mouthful was full of the Jasmine fragrance. It was not too sweet - you can tell them how sweet you want it, which is a great option IMO. They definitely captured my request of how sweet I wanted mine. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend them. I see why my sister is a regular. read more

Was shopping around and saw this boba place and came for a quick boba stop. The boba drinks here are extra sweet so order a lower sweet level, as for the flavor nothing to complain about. It was a good place but one grip is for boba it's an add on charge so be prepared to pay extra for that if u want boba on ur drink. Inside was not that clean and some of the tables were a little sticky. read more

Pretty busy place. Ordered aloha sunshine tea and Thai tea. I was thinking the initial price of the tea was pretty food for the size. Only to realize it's just tea nothing else in it and everything is extra. I asked the gal what ya mean nothing else picture looked like there is stuff in it. Oh it's rainbow jelly I can add for extra meh... What ever. Added lychee jelly and golden Boba (which was honey boba). Man. Honey boba was yummmmy. Thai tea was also good with golden Boba. 2 large with added toppings were little over $13. Guess that is not too bad. Aloha sunshine tea was very yummy and refreshing. This place is pretty cool with all the fun flavors and unique decor accents. I saw a kiwi guava flavor and had to try it. It was such a hard decision because of all of the flavors I wanted to try. I also love the topping options since they had multiple kinds of boba pearls and two types of cheese foam (my fav). I also got a taro boba and it was tasty as well. Rapha Tea has a lot of options for milk teas and other drinks as well. You are able to choose your ice and sweetness percentage which is nice to have that option. I ordered the hazelnut milk tea with 50% sweetness and I would personally go up a little bit more in sweetness next time. We did have an issue with the bathroom where it was not clean at all to the point where we were uncomfortable using it. read more

This is a great tea shop for the area! I've tried this place a few times and they always have fresh boba. Sometimes their drinks are on the sweeter side so I recommend getting less sugar but this time I tried a new type I haven't had before which was sparkling mango juice with boba! I loved the sparkle of the drink it made it so much more refreshing. This shop is in a complex with some Asian stores and restaurants so I love coming here when I'm shopping or after grabbing a yummy meal! read more

The tea was a bit bland for me. I wonder if it was because there was less sugar. I had the wintermelon tea and it just didn't seem to taste very strong in terms of flavor. I wish the tea had a stronger flavor profile instead. It is one of their refresher teas. The other refresher teas are Honey Tea, Calamodin Tea, Rose-Lychee Tea, Lychee Tea, Peach Tea, Mango Tea, Strawberry Tea, Passionfruit Tea, Pineapple Tea, Grapefruit Tea, Wintermelon Tea, Aloha Sunshine Tea (lychee peach mango), Guava Tea. I have never tried any of these other teas there. They also have a fresh tea series with Black Tea, Jasmine Green Tea, Oolong Tea, and Hojicha Tea. I am more interested in trying their special teas: Rapha Signature, Matcha Tiger, Fresh Taro Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea. I am not sure what their butterfly series means but they have them in Lychee Butterfly, Wintermelon Butterfly, Passionfruit Butterfly, Rose-Lychee Butterfly. Their slush series sound good with Strawberry Cap and Mango Cap. Their menu is quite extensive with a juice menu too. Honey Calamodin, Passionfruit Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Wintermelon Juice, Mango Juice, Kiwi Juice, Guava Juice, Blue Hawaiian, Winter Wonder Land, Passionfruit Cap, Strawberry Cap. I also have not tried many of the flavored milk teas. Hokkaido Milk Tea, Honey Milk Tea, Okinawa Milk Tea, Hazelnut Milk Tea, Chocolate Milk Tea, Fresh Taro Signature, Coffee Milk Tea, Matcha Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Winter melon Milk Tea, Strawberry Milk Tea, Peach Milk Tea, Mango Milk Tea, Passionfruit Milk Tea Rose-Lychee Milk Tea, Lychee Milk Tea. I think I will plan on getting one of these to try next. Apparently these are their original milk teas. Hojicha Milk Tea, Oolong Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Milk Tea Lovers. read more

since the new owners took over, it's not the same. We used to go multiple times a week to the old store. This new staff waters down the drinks. When my mom asked them to remake her drink, the employee told her to go somewhere else to get her drink. Terrible customer service. read more

I like the rapha milk tea since it has a lot of flavor. It tastes a little like they use maple syrup as the sweetener so if you don't like that you don't like their winter melon milk tea. Not sure about the other flavors though. They might use something else in those drinks. They do use quite a bit of ice, but so do many of the other milk tea shops. Overall I will be back to try other flavors. I like that there are so many options! read more

All time favorite boba place! Their boba is always soft and fresh and their drinks are always delicious. I would recommend the Rapha Signature for the milk tea drinkers and the Butterfly Tea with Lychee Jellies is you want something more refreshing! When me and my family were in the area shopping at the Asian Markets, we popped in for some A/C. That 108F weather really gets to you! The interior is really modern and nice-- complete with board and arcade games. The staff was pleasant. They have a large selection of drinks to choose from and even some small plates and Japanese sandwiches. I went ahead and ordered a boba-- a small Rapha Signature. The drink was delicious!! Nice boba shop with a good amount of seating next to 99 ranch in the plaza. I got the Rapha signature and lowered the sweetness and a side order of popcorn chicken. Boba overall was good with less sweetness. Popcorn chicken was great too. Had a good crunch and good seasoning. They give sauce on the side which is just sweet chili sauce. read more

It was a hot day and we were craving some drinks. It was somewhat busy here after 5pm but not a super long line. They also had banh mi sandwiches here which was for a later day (and later in the review). We ordered a large Milk Tea Lovers ($4.25) with boba and a large Almond Milk Tea ($4.25) with boba. The drinks were made within minutes and were ready for us. The Milk Tea Lovers tasted good to me and the Almond Milk Tea was not bad. The boba was soft and chewy so that was good. We came later on a later date to order a regular Jasmine Milk Tea ($3.75) with boba and a large Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.25) with boba. The flavor was good for the drink. We also ordered a #2 Banh Mi Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Sandwich) ($6.00) and the #5 Banh Mi Bo Nuong (Grilled Beef Sandwich) ($6.50). The Grilled Pork Sandwich was okay and the Grilled Beef Sandwich was also okay to me. They both were nothing special and I would recommend just getting the drinks here. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. They clearly look like they have fun while dealing with so many customers (and some customers are plain mean). These PB employees are so pleasant, efficient and really are an asset to this organization. Love seeing Ashley, Kailey and Dania's smiling face as soon as you walk in, they will definitely greet you. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
