This boba spot in Park Place mall is a convenient stop as you're shopping. The self checkout kiosks make it easy to order, and you get to see photos of the drinks on the menu. They have lots of different selections, and service is very fast. My drink took only a couple minutes. I ordered the Thai tea, and although it was a little on the sweeter side, it was good, and if I'm in the area, I'd stop by here again.

There fast and make amazing drinks the service is great and they made me smile and all of the workers there were very nice and patient with me

boba is okay. not the worst and not the best. the staff was helpful and friendly. they have screens where you can place your order. the one thing i did like was the customization option

    No Boba?!?!

Never out front to take order. Always sitting in the back where I have to hollar and ask of anyone is working. Slow service. Several times they have been out of Original Boba!

We've been to this Boba place at Tucson Mall a few times and have been happy after each visit. It's located on the 2nd floor next to Forever 21 sandwiched between a jewelry/beauty store and the Agua Fresca place. The menu initially seems confusing, but they appear to be grouped into categories of original milk teas with bobas (Bobatea), fruity teas with popping bobas or jellies (Flirtea), teas with added caffeine (Vitalitea), lite teas (Nuditea) that are sugar and fat free and Naughteas that are various combinations. Any drink can be customized as well. I've tried the My Thai, Geisha, Blush and Crush so far. I'm not a boba connoisseur, but each of these drinks have been refreshing, the bobas tender and fresh and they don't skimp on the popping bobas. Only once has an order had an error (I requested jellies and got popping bobas instead), but it wasn't a big deal. When we've gone the lines haven't been long, but the place has only recently been open so that could change.

Had the My Thai boba tea. Not the best Thai iced tea I've had, or the best boba, but overall it was good. No major complaints. Quick, easy mall location. I'd return to grab a boba tea again while shopping.

Boba Tea Co. is giving Bing's Boba a run for their money! Wow. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a new boba spot in Tucson! The boba pearls are supple and are excellent quality! I was very impressed. I asked for a milk tea comparable to Bing's original. She suggested the Jazzie. SO GOOD. It's not too sweet. I enjoyed every sip and didn't feel like it was too much sugar. This place is pricier than its competitors. I ordered the smallest size and it was $5.05. I plan to hit this spot up every time I'm at Tucson mall. They've been opened since February 2018. I wish I had known earlier! It's across from Victoria's Secret on the 2nd floor.

Horrid tea that tastes awful. Their boba is not authentic and is hard and makes me sick to my stomach. Never again

They don't have spoons, but I made it work with my straw. The no ice option does cost extra, but it's worth it. Same goes for the toppings, which is pretty standard. I'm also glad we went with less sweetness. It was just right. A lot of places use powdered taro, but I'm so happy we found a spot that serves fresh taro paste. I love the consistency and flavor. It's something you just don't get with powders. It tasted amazing. The games, tables, and overall vibe were great. It was the perfect little treat for us.

Maybe it's part of the construction you unavoidably have to navigate or the general shopping center, something that will be unable to be determined until I visit the other location. This visit, I ordered the Thai tea and found it to be quite good. I didn't get the sense the tea was powdered or otherwise pre-packaged. The tapioca boba was fresh and obviously made recently when I went. Unfortunately, I can't get over the experience part of my patronage.

I also very much love their crystal boba and yakult offerings. Today, I stopped in for something super light and non-caffeinated. Kaleb, was very patient, gave me some recommendations, and made a great drink that wasn't too sweet/sugary! (I got the passion fruit juice with 1/3 the syrup and no extra sweetener plus boba and crystal). I also appreciate that the drinks are reasonably priced (the larger option was under $7). I will certainly be back and highly recommend you check out Ding tea for the quality and value.

The crème brûlée I can taste the pudding edge which I never had issue before now. The matcha Thai tea has Jazmin in it. Which I wish they would have put in description. I never had a Thai tea that has Jazmin in it. The service was slow for not many people in there. They didn't even call us when order was done. If they did we didn't even hear it. Some of menu items such as the Greek yogurt section is completely discontinued. They just need to update their menu and inside a little because it seems cluttered and unprofessional with post it notes all over the place. I think overall it's taken a hit of when I first started going. I used to rave best place to grab a drink. I think it's becoming mid like every other tea shop.

The door was already open, and we watched another gentleman walk in and order four drinks, so naturally we assumed they were serving customers. However, when we entered, an employee told us to go back outside and wait until they officially opened. No problem. We waited and came back in at 12:02 PM. Once we were ready to order, we asked for a drink with regular tapioca boba. The employee told us it wasn't ready yet and suggested crystal boba instead. We explained that we were willing to wait for the regular tapioca, but we kept getting the impression they really didn't want us to order it because they repeatedly emphasized that it would take a while. Crystal boba is not the same thing as traditional tapioca boba. At that point, the employee was also having issues with the POS system and seemed very stressed trying to make the previous customer's drinks while simultaneously texting their manager for help. We were asked to wait off to the side. About 10 minutes later, who I assume was the manager arrived and helped get everything sorted out. After asking about the available toppings and trying samples of the crystal boba, we finally placed our order. Unfortunately, two of our three drinks came out wrong. One drink was supposed to be a plain Jasmine Floral Milk Tea with lychee jelly and light ice. Instead, it came with no jelly at all and regular ice. Another drink was supposed to be a Strawberry Jelly Watermelon Slush with crystal boba, but it arrived with lychee jelly instead. By that point, after waiting through the opening confusion, POS issues, topping availability issues, and ordering delays, we honestly didn't feel like spending even more time having drinks remade. For nearly $25 for three drinks, I expected a much smoother experience. I understand that opening can be hectic, but it felt like the shop wasn't fully prepared to serve customers when the doors opened. The drinks themselves were fine, but getting two out of three orders wrong after such a long wait was disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on our visit, the experience didn't live up to the reputation and positive reviews we saw beforehand.
