This boba spot in Park Place mall is a convenient stop as you're shopping. The self checkout kiosks make it easy to order, and you get to see photos of the drinks on the menu. They have lots of different selections, and service is very fast. My drink took only a couple minutes. We've been to this Boba place at Tucson Mall a few times and have been happy after each visit. It's located on the 2nd floor next to Forever 21 sandwiched between a jewelry/beauty store and the Agua Fresca place. The menu initially seems confusing, but they appear to be grouped into categories of original milk teas with bobas (Bobatea), fruity teas with popping bobas or jellies (Flirtea), teas with added caffeine (Vitalitea), lite teas (Nuditea) that are sugar and fat free and Naughteas that are various combinations. Any drink can be customized as well. I've tried the My Thai, Geisha, Blush and Crush so far. I'm not a boba connoisseur, but each of these drinks have been refreshing, the bobas tender and fresh and they don't skimp on the popping bobas. Only once has an order had an error (I requested jellies and got popping bobas instead), but it wasn't a big deal. When we've gone the lines haven't been long, but the place has only recently been open so that could change. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, they were out of half the menu and only had a little shot glass size cups. I was charged $5.82, which was five times what it was worth. I got the drink, when I held it in my hand, the bottom felt warm which I thought was weird for a drink that had ice in it, I took one sip out of the extra-large straw and got a couple of the Boba things they put on the bottom and they were all warm and tasted absolutely disgusting. Think, rotten onion and black licorice flavored. Don't order if the blond girl with fake lashes is working. She always gets orders wrong and then blames you for it. Even if she confirms and repeats your order to you. It's probably because she's always looking at messages on her watch while taking orders. She had to remake my drink and the boba was hot, which made the iced boba tea I ordered luke warm. Boba Tea Co. is giving Bing's Boba a run for their money! Wow. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a new boba spot in Tucson! The boba pearls are supple and are excellent quality! I was very impressed. I asked for a milk tea comparable to Bing's original. She suggested the Jazzie. SO GOOD. It's not too sweet. I enjoyed every sip and didn't feel like it was too much sugar. This place is pricier than its competitors. I ordered the smallest size and it was $5.05. I plan to hit this spot up every time I'm at Tucson mall. They've been opened since February 2018. This was my second time visiting this boba shop. I go in because I had a $7 off coupon code that I hadn't redeemed in almost three months. In the fine print of the coupon, it indicated that I could only get a "Kiss" size drink or smaller, so I ordered the My Thai, Kiss size. The cashier pointed out to me that my coupon was good for $7 off, and I could get a free upgrade despite the fine print. Had she not offered me an upgrade, it wouldn't have made any difference at all, but the fact that she did is an indication that she is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, and I really appreciated her extra effort. Two days a week, I have have class at two different campuses, in two different parts of the city. On the way there the other day, I got a wild hair for boba as many do. I had time to spare in-between, I had to stop in the mall, and I knew this boba place was here. I really liked this place. I can't remember the exact name of what I got, but it was brown-ish in color, and it was chai. The flavor was awesome--imagine a boba drink that tastes how the pinecone display in front of Fry's smells. To put that succinctly, if you like fall flavors and horchata, you'll love the chai one. I guess boba is an acquired taste. Many people are still not familiar with what it is. Tapioca balls you suck through the large straw and munch in the gooey things. The original boba iced teas is still available with My Thai and the Jazzie. Then there are a myriad other choices that can be quite overwhelming when you first look at the menu. It takes about 30 minutes just to look at what we wanted to order the first time. I guess it will have to be trial and error. The kids love the popper Gobi boba. I personally like the original boba. I also love the Taro (Tara), which I realized is another acquired taste beverage as not many may like it at first taste. Not bad. I got the Thai Tea with boba (aka the My Thai)... The flavor of the tea is great, I had been craving it for two weeks and finally got a chance to come back, since first trying it a month ago. My one complaint is that the boba is WAY overcooked as it is super mushy, which isn't a great texture when drinking boba. OK this place makes me a little sad you can never tell when it's open or closed and I totally understand with this time that it may be neither however there should be better advertising. I will comment though that when you do get a Boba it is between five and eight dollars as well and compared to another store that I frequently go to this doesn't have any wow factor besides their advertising logo. Awful. We ordered 5 drinks, total $32. Then when we tried them and didn't like them it was a mess to remake them. They demanded our cups back, then didn't reseal them.
