Overall a solid boba place. The menu had a lot of options of drinks and toppings. They do not have hot options and the ice is small so it comes through the straw when drinking. But overall flavor was good and the service was really fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute neon sign too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

BobaLust is our go-to spot for boba in Tacoma. It's located in a nice area, close to shopping and has a large parking lot adjacent. We have yet to find a drink we haven't liked. From the chamoy-mango slushee to the taro milk tea, it is all delicious. If it sounds good to you, most likely you'll love it. The interior has limited seating. It's not a great place to come and study, etc, because of that. They could definitely re-structure dead space and make it more friendly to guests staying, but maybe their business model doesn't work like that! We love BobaLust. :)

I go to BobaLust frequently and the quality never changes. My favorite is the Lychee bomb! All of their drinks are pretty good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff are nice and there's plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would recommend!

Had a great Yelp elite experience here. The menu is extensive and lots of great choices. You can customize the drink as well. I got the taro milk tea with grass jelly. The drinks were made great and tasted good. The staff was very nice and friendly. There is some seating in the boba shop. There is a good amount of parking in the complex. I would come to this boba shop again and highly recommend these guys.

Great boba this was our first time here and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely recommend

I had the opportunity to check out this Tacoma location last week. They have lots of fun and customizable drinks. The best part of the experience was the cashier asked if I wanted dairy free options. I had never been asked that before at a boba shop. A pleasant surprise! My tummy appreciate the DF option. I didn't know BobaLust had a second location in Tacoma. So that was a cool surprise.

SERVICE: 5/5 This was my first time at Bobalust. My friends and I came here after getting dinner because we were craving some drinks. The employee was patient with us while we were deciding and even answered any questions we had. One of my friends is allergic to mango and they made sure to remove the mango toppings. DRINK: 4/5 I got the Blue Lagoon with 50% sweetness and light ice. The drink was pretty, refreshing, and a bit on the sweet side even though I ordered 50% sweetness. Since I prefer more tea flavor, I will come order 25% sweetness next time I come back to compare. I also like how you can add or change the toppings to the drink. PARKING: 5/5 There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces. It was easy to find an open spot during a weekday night.

I have tried boba shops, chain and independently owned, up and down the I-5 corridor, from Woodinville to Portland. I have a very good sense of taste/smell and all too often detect a bitter aftertaste in boba milk teas. I would rank this shop at 3rd place amongst all that I've tried. No bitter aftertaste! Perfect sweetness level. Only outdone by two shops, in my opinion, because the dairy product they use doesn't have that perfect creamy taste. All in all, pretty good! Will return whenever I am in the area. Service was friendly and SUPER fast! In and out of the shop in under 5 minutes total. Faster than most places with drive-through service.

This place was pretty good. We don't typically like our drinks sweet and usually get 25-30% sweet but unfortunately the lowest this offered was 50% sweet. So of course it was very sweet for us. We got the Legend of Momo and Electric Sky, which were fairly similar drinks but still both pretty good. I could still see myself coming back again though!

Stumbled along this place and thought I would get myself a drink on a mid humid day. Anyways I got a drink called Summer sass, which consists chunks of oranges and mango. It was pretty refreshing. I'd come back

Stopped in for boba with Sharon. We ordered the Legend of Momo for each of us. The service was very friendly and prompt. They got right on our order. Perusing the menu while we waited they have great looking offerings. Tea was ready super fast. The Legend of Momo is delicious. Highly recommend BobaLust!

One of the best boba places we've found in Washington! Staff was quick. Toppings were a great serving size and flavor was awesome!!

Supposed to be a purple galaxy but they didn't put any Oreo in it at all.

I used to visit the Sacramento location, so it was a nice surprise seeing one nearby. My review is mainly for the desserts since I still haven't tried the coffee yet (though I'm sure it's probably great too since they're known for their Yemeni coffee). The menu seems very similar to the Sacramento location, but I'm giving 4 stars because they don't carry the one dessert I've been seriously craving: Turkish delight! The Sacramento location has it and I was definitely hoping to grab some here but I didn't see any on display or on the menu :( The milk cakes were thankfully just as good and super consistent between locations. We ordered the pistachio milk cake and the caramel milk cake (different pricing, depending on flavor probably). Both were incredibly moist, flavorful, and just really delicious. If you've never tried the milk cakes here, I definitely recommend them. They taste high quality, for sure, and a perfect treat for a sweet tooth. I had my husband try one for the first time since he likes caramel, and he immediately said it tasted so fancy he felt like he should be sticking his pinky out while eating it lol. I told him it *is* around $10 a slice, after all. We stopped by on a weekday afternoon and the parking lot was busy and the café itself was packed, so it definitely seems like a popular spot. They also have a points rewards program you can sign up for with just your phone number. I'll definitely be back for sweets again.

Stop in for coffee and breakfast Sammy or grab a sando and soda after lunch. Either way, this is a perfect multipurpose spot. Parking isn't bad, but it's a paid lot. Like $3.50 an hour which isn't bad at all. Long story long, I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and to get some homework done. I needed the free WiFi and I was not disappointed. The breakfast sandwiches are so good! Fresh cooked eggs and biscuits. The biscuits are so flaky and light and good!! The bottom is soft, but the tops have a crisp to them. I got the sausage egg and cheese. The egg was cooked perfectly, biscuit was superior to a lot of biscuits I've had in restaurants and the gochujang aioli on top was the perfect compliment!! It wasn't spicy, but still added so much flavor. I had a special soda made by Marisa with lime, mint, lychee and soda water. Very simple, but very satisfying and not overly sweet. The chairs are comfortable and there's ample seating. The booths have outlets at each table area which makes it super convenient for laptops and chargers. The crowd is mixed. Young and older people mill about. People were having meetings, chatting with friends and working just like me. It's not sketchy and felt totally safe. 10/10 recommend.
