STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…read more I took my suit to this place and when I returned to pick it up they had lost it. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to go back FOUR TIMES before they finally agreed to reimburse me for the suit. One of the employees told me I would receive an email with the reimbursement details, but that email never came. I was forced to buy a replacement at the last minute for a wedding, entirely out of pocket. I then went back again and spoke directly tot the manager, Jonathan, who told me he would look into this situation. Several weeks have now passed and I still have not been reimbursed. Every time I call, Jonathan is conveniently unavailable and the employees I have spoken to have been dismissive and unwilling to resolve the issue. Losing a customer's clothing is unacceptable. Making that customer to go back several times, promise a reimbursement and then fail to follow through for weeks is beyond unprofessional. As of today, they still have my money, they have not reimbursed the suit they lost and I am still waiting for a formal response. I would absolutely not trust this business with anything valuable. Take your clothes anywhere else but here.
