I've been a Brooklyn customer for over 3 years now and I must admit I just cannot let these people get away with such poor behavior. When it comes to the food, there really isn't anything to complain about but the way the customer is treated is a farce. The waiters act like you're wasting their time before you've even sat down. There should be a banner inside that might as well say: "We honestly don't give a s*** about you" in order for the customers to know what they're dealing with. The manager is the worst. I don't know his name but multiple times I've asked him for a table upon entrance, and he was either annoyed that I asked him a question or responded "I don't know" or "I work in the office" in a way that might as well spell out "F*** off". Upon calling the restaurant a few times to make reservations for big football matches, I've had the "pleasure" of having the following conversation: - Hi, do you guys have any free tables for the game on Thursday? - Dude, do you know what day it is? - It's Tuesday - Exactly - I'm not following - You're about 2 weeks late buddy - ... Unfortunately, I didn't get the guy's name but his tone and manner of speaking to me were absolutely shocking and I've never experienced anything like that before.
