Mixed feelings about my recent shopping experience here. I came to Dick's Sporting Goods a few…read moreweeks ago for a few reasons: 1) I needed some new swim trunks. There is a heated pool in the hotel I am staying and darn it, I was going to use it! 2) my brother needed new sneakers 3) we both needed new gloves. We both had a pair but needed one that allow you to text message. Why? The company I work for, which also had just hired my brother use an app on your phone to give you access to enter through the doors. You better be able to touch your screen of you won't get in. Problem is... if it's cold as heck you don't want to take off your gloves. I easily found the swim trunks... a bit pricey for my taste... $40. We went to the shoe section and got my brother a new pair of sneakers that comfortably fit and were reasonably priced. We were helped by the employees manning that section. Gloves... that was a nightmare. Finding the section wasn't easy and required me to ask someone for help... when I got there that section was a mess. Took me 30 minutes to find the type of gloves we were looking for and in our size... ridiculous. If they had all sections of their store as well managed as the show area... this would be at least a four star review. Still since I am finding my way around the area if I need winter clothes or shoes... I may find myself here again.

The gnats were awful and at about half way through some guy who said he was the owner tells us we were taking to long. but he was so rude about it. From the very being He talked to us like he was so annoyed with us. First, he was giving us a hard time because we only had one golf bag, which I'm not sure why it would be an issue. Then he told us we were holding up other people which we weren't. We let everybody pass us. He made no attempt to peacefully resolve any problem(s) he may have had with us. We told him we weren't coming back, and he said "That's fine. You're not welcomed here." So we paid for 18 hole, but barely played 9. So when we made it back to the pro shop, we felt like we deserved some kind of Reimbursement. But the young man behind the counter told us that the owner had already called ahead and told him not to Reimburse us. Should they ask. I'll never recommend anyone to Rozella. Which is to bad because a month ago I would have said Rozella is the best place to golf in this county. But not anymore.
