I was a customer at this facility for 13 years and spent. $25,000+ this is how they treat customers…read morewith disrespect. Now let's pretend for a moment people have things going on with their lives. We don't have time to correct simple math errors that you learn in grade school. So I make a normal payment of $180 my locker the size of a semi trailer. KO Storage Headquarters office staff credits me $18. The very next month I'm auctioned off. When I found out a part of me died. That locker held my retirement and my Harley Davidson. When I first talked with management they offered every penny I spent with KO Storage 18 months I said NO! The the next guy said I will get your Harley Davidson and family pieces what else. I said EVERYTHING! No communication from anyone after that. In which I emailed the owner a few times NOTHING! When I was communicating with them they were telling me so many lies. When I told them they were telling lies then they denied telling me them? Perhaps it was a shock after all their math skills were not the truth/correct either. I'm running low of characters on this page.
