They assist those of us who don't have a clue, recommending just the right rawlplug or screw size you need and always seem to be able to work out what you want when you don't have a clue what it's called. The last hour of the evenings are when you find staff at their best. They climb ladders for you and cut bits of wood to just the right size, even carrying stuff out to the car and helping you fit it all in. I choose to drive further to this store than any other DIY shop for their excellent customer service.

I'm amazed at how easy the staff at Farrow & Ball make the whole process for you. It really had that kind of feel about the place that they cared what you chose rather than get the money and get rid attitude that so many places have. The wide range is quite daunting also but again with staff that know what they are talking about I would advise anybody this should be the 1st (and probably only) port of call.
