We asked if there was any way they could squeeze us in before the 4th of July since we were having people over, and at they time, they could not. However, when they had a cancellation they remembered that we were hoping to have the fence installed earlier and they gave us a call to give us a more suitable slot, that alone shows they're paying attention to their customers. These guys made sure we had all the right paperwork since North Richland Hills is very particular about fences especially on a corner home and worked to ensure we were following all the right rules and regulations beforehand. They then came up in the middle of the blistering summer heat to accommodate our desired date and worked all day to get it done. The results were fantastic! These guys will treat you right!

The person they sent out didn't even know that they were supposed to be working on a gate and not a garage door (because their dispatch is also inadequate), he just poked at a bunch of things and then left. A different company called the next day from dispatch and were also surprised that this was for a gate. I wound up canceling bc I prefer to know what company I'm calling out; the company I was speaking to was not willing to tell me their name...not great. Such a waste of time and energy.
