Charged me $45 for 2 small ladies jackets. A suit jacket and small plain non fancy dress that was $17 to clean due to it being lined ???? The jackets are lined ?? The dress only cost $19 to buy ! Outrageous prices . read more

STAY AWAY!!! When it was a Boca Green's it was wonderful. The new owners who ever they are have destroyed it. I only wear a tux once a year. Last year I wore it and had it cleaned and put it in the closet. This year I went to put it on and I had the wrong tux. I took it back the next week and explained what happened. Store manager said he would talk to new owner. New owner said it wasn't his problem and didn't even offer a ten cent credit. I'm done with them. I mentioned this to my neighbors who said that they too had had problems and had stopped going there. STAY AWAY!!! read more

We are new to Boca and I was in the need of a new cleaners found this one because it's right around my house it's OK. Everything is extra and they take a really long if you don't ask for a rush which again is extra I dropped off about 12 shirts for my husband and two dry clean items one was $6 dollars and the other one was $12 I just wish that they had told me that when I was dropping it off there's so many other dry cleaners in the area that I don't think I'll be going back to this one read more

Great alterations! i've had 3 pairs of dress slacks taken in (thank you weight watcher for making my pants too big). It's like getting new pants without having to go shopping. It's amazing how she can put in a pin or two and have them come out just right. read more

UPDATE 11/2017 DANNY IS BACK so I have ameneded my review .. Changes have been made so I give it 5 stars review .. Things are back to normal and YES THERE ARE COUPONS This is now my go place again for local dry cleaning ... Good to see ya back Danny Boy ..... This is the Former Boca Greens Dry Cleaners , Under New Ownership. The store used to preform operations in a bigger space next door . That has since been closed . I don't know if they do any actual cleaning on premises. As they have several other locations within Boca Raton. The previous tailor Carlos in still there , However I no longer see Danny , who was a fixture there for many years . I brought in several custom made shirts with monograms and several pairs of slacks. I also brought in some tailoring . Carlos stated the price for the Tailoring and when it would be ready. Great ! Now the person behind the counters hands me a receipt . The previous ownership gave a receipt with a description , Color , numbers of total items and the price, as well as the date it would be ready. . The new management hands me a receipt that states only numbers of total items . It did not state pants , shirt , suit , alterations , color price ...NOTHING !!! other then 4 Items . So my questions is this , I brought in a few items , that have significant value . Should they be lost or damaged , How do they know what it is , was , color etc? The fact that there is no price on the receipt, makes it questionable as well . I inquired about the total price l , They proceeded to hand write it on my receipt. Im thinking something is amiss here ..BIG TIME !!! I did pick up my garments at the time promised , they were prepared as I asked. The cleaning and tailoring were acceptable . But the lack of billing information and garment description leaves me weary of a return visit ..Questionable Business practices make for future problems in my book . read more

Absolutely atrocious. This cleaners repeatedly lost shirts and would only give "store credit." These are over $200 shirts and they give 1/2 back. The straw that broke the camels back was they apparently "lost" another shirt only to find out that they said they lost it but it had large tears in the back. They said that it was because the shirt was "tailored." Well, the shirt was not tailored. When we said something, my wife was told "listen, lady". The customer service, who is by the owner is horrible. They just gave up on $300 of monthly revenue for a rip in one shirt. By the way, if you choose to go there, ask for a discount. It is given to those who ask. This was told to me by a lady in front of me in line. It doesn't matter how much you spend, it's whether you ask. Horrible way to run a business. WARNING, thieves with a NASTY attitude. I almost never write reviews, but this was so insane and uncanny, I felt an obligation to share with other potential customers. A few weeks ago I brought in 4 pairs of beautiful spandex-y material made colorful boot cut pants to be hemmed. The tailor was super nice, pinned them and I received the ticket for $48.00 which I thought was sky high with this type of pant, but since I have a 2yr old and minimal time and they were pinned already etc figured I'd let it go. Upon picking up the pants and bringing them home I simply hung them in my closet figuring I'd take them out when I wanted to wear them. When I did, to pack them for a weekend away, I was startled to find 2 things. 1st, the pants WERE NOT HEMMED, but CUT w scissors, which would have been fine, if I was told that was what they were going to do, and not for $12.00 a pair for heavens sake. 2nd, they were cut like a kindergartener. Jagged and messy. Lastly, 2 of the 4 pairs weren't even cut the proper length and were still over 2 inches too long! I assumed this was an error and oversight, never in a million years thinking they could return clothing this way. When I went in the store the tailor was NASTY, to say the least. Insisted "this is what we do with pants like that" to which I asked why I was not told, why they weren't straight nor complete. I was told "they're done, oh well." Baffled I said, this is the way you do your work? And $12.00 a pair to cut pants wrong?? And it would take 10seconds to cut them, you're telling me it's 1.00 a second to cut these pants wrong? He replied "Well, too bad. I HAVE RENT TO PAY", refused to fix them, even to cut the other 2 pants to the proper length and mouthed off. Thankfully I paid by credit card and will have them reverse the charge. I said to the man this is not proper business, I run multimedia companies this isn't service. He got me so angry I told him I would post reviews because I was so appalled and he replied "DONT FORGET INSTAGRAM" taunting me. PLEASE do not give these people your clothing you treasure, your hard earned money, or trust. I'm not in the business of bad mouthing companies but this was so insane I felt an obligation to help prevent others from such an occurrence. read more
