I contacted Boca Home Care Services a few weeks ago to try to provide help to one of my younger clients who didn't want to admit that he needed the help. He had every reason in the book why he was capable, shortly after his wife told me about his issues with cognitive impairment and that he really needed the help that he was telling me he didn't need. The client allowed the care into the home on a temporary basis, which obviously would have ended quickly if there was a bad experience I want to tell everyone and anyone, that the other agencies the client had checked with wanted significantly more money per hour and blamed it on COVID. This company worked with the client to get the aide to adapt to the situation and kept in constant communication. The client is very pleased with the aide after being so resistant. Now the client is enjoying the aide that is helping him and I know they are safe. Within a week, I get a phone call from their son, thanking me, telling me that how safe he and the family members now feel. His voice gushing with appreciation. The best way that I knew to express their happiness and share it with others in the same situation was to post this on Yelp. South Florida is full of questionable home health care providers. Everyone is entitled to a bad day or a grumble when they are not at their best. But great services should also be acknowledged and shared. My mother and I were so pleased with the services from " Boca Home Care Services" back in October of 2020. The entire process was seamless and efficient from the first call. They went the " extra mile" by providing attention to all details, from finding an excellent HHA, on short notice to the quality of her care. Customer service like this: " what else can I do to help ?"- you just don't find these days. The HHA was a perfect match for our request. I found Boca Home Care on yelp and when I called the office, they sent an aid, Mary, to Boca Regional Hospital and she stayed with my mom all night. When my mom was discharged, Mary helped pack all of her stuff and go home comfortably. Now they do everything together. Highly recommend! read more

We are very pleased with the care my mother is getting from Boca home care. The Home health aide is wonderful. She is more than a home health aide to my mother, she is a friend and a companion. My mom had a rough time with her chemotherapy and she almost died from the effects of the treatment. The HHA took the correct initiative and called 911 to get my mom to the Hospital. I came to Florida to see my Mom in Boca Regional hospital. Was not happy about flying back to New York and leaving her alone. I looked on Yelp for a good review of a home healthcare agency and that is how I found these wonderful people. My sister arranged for an aid to come and visit my mom 7 days a week for 4 hours a day. My sister described the kind of person we were looking for as a gentle kind person who would keep an eye on our Mom who is 86 and extremely active. They sent Emanuella who is like a gift from G-D! She comes at 8:00 and checks that Mom has taken her medications and then she assists with Moms laundry. This woman anticipates all our needs and is so lovely we couldn't be happier. I need to see that my Mom is totally comfortable before I return to my job and family and I'm almost ready to go. My mom went to Boca Regional ER last pm, feeling dizzy, nausea and at 83, well, she's just kinda failing. She was seen discharged after a couple of hours. I called my doctor today, Dr. Gross, and he said call Lisa at Boca Home Care. I did, and so glad I did. Lisa received my Mothers most recent medical information from Gross's office and explained to me the plan for Home Care, what services mom would be eligible for, like physical therapy or nursing (Medicare covers it all)! She told me the nurse will come see her and evaluate my Mothers needs. Well, this afternoon already, the nurse, Maurice, who came to see my Mother was so sweet, professional and informative.
