I was instantly drawn to her website and reached out to Jenna for further information. I appreciated that she got back to me in a timely manner and scheduled an informative meeting. After our meeting I knew I wanted her to be our planner for this big event. We hired Jenna for her partial wedding planning services, since our venue package came with a wedding coordinator. Since our wedding was a destination wedding, we relied heavily on Jenna's suggestions and recommended vendors in the area. Jenna was organized, thorough and always went the extra mile for us when planning our wedding. She was communicative through emails, zoom meetings and arranged a detailed timeline for our wedding day. She really did alleviate any stresses or worries that I had during the months leading up to the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day and I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Not only was she there several hours before the ceremony setting up, she also stepped into roles (bustling my dress, grabbing us refreshments and picking up money during our Nigerian money spraying) I didn't expect her to. The best part was at the end of the night me and my fiance were expecting to handle some of the dreaded clean up, but Jenna had made sure everything was taken care of. Let's be real, weddings are expensive, and wedding planners are an investment, but they're so worth it! It is important to hire a planner that is professional, organized and supportive and Jenna was that and then some. My husband and I Zoom-interviewed countless photographers and we immediately cancelled every other interview / photographer hold after getting off our call with Hannah. Even over video, we felt like old friends. Throughout the wedding preparation process, we met and took photos with Hannah to get to know each other in person. We had a great time hanging out, making jokes, and all the while, getting outstanding "engagement" photos (we had already sent out a save-the-date). Hannah was also an expert at wrangling our pup, who loved to sniff and ignore the camera. Leading up to our wedding, she shared really helpful tools, which assisted us in outlining our wedding day and advising other vendors. Hannah checked in on us and regularly met with us over Zoom to make sure we were all on track. Unlike some of our other prep calls, we really looked forward to our prep sessions with Hannah. The day of our wedding, Hannah went out of her way to make it a success. When our florist insisted on delivering flowers later, Hannah picked up an extra bouquet to photograph with our details. She has an impressive wedding industry history, so she actually knew one of our vendors already and despite meeting the rest of the first time, she seamlessly flowed with all of them. She immediatley went to work with our wedding coordinator, but also adding to the camraderie and fun of "getting ready". She even advised and dealt with our very challenging videographer, who consistently got in her way. I can't imagine having anyone else so intimately involved with our wedding day as Hannah. I was looking forward to 1:1 moments with my husband the most, and Hannah made sure to prioritize those moments for us, capturing every ounce of excitement and bliss. Those moments are my most treasured of the day, and I actually really enjoyed having her there for them, because she is such a special person (and now friend)! She knows exactly how to handle anything thrown at her on wedding day. I can't recommend Hannah enough for your wedding experience. The single most impactful decision we made that resulted in our perfect wedding was our decision to work with Nicole as our wedding planner. From our first phone call with Nicole, we could tell how genuine she was about her business. Nicole is welcoming, approachable, understanding, and worked well with our tendency to get overwhelmed and need some encouragement. We looked forward to our calls with Nicole because she clearly laid out each step of the planning process and how best to accomplish it. Outside of our calls, Nicole would respond promptly in a detailed and understandable way to each part of our emails. She often checked in on us and kept us on track. Nicole is the exact personality of someone who can handle the million tiny details of a wedding and make it look easy. We especially appreciated her assistance organizing everything in her online program Aisle Planner. She worked closely with us to build a minute-by-minute schedule we could use and send to our families and wedding party. She contacted our vendors beforehand and made sure everyone knew the timeline. Nicole came out to tour our venue at the Berkeley Brazilian Room. She took charge and asked all the right questions to confirm we would have what we needed the day of our wedding. She took down details about the floor plans to help make mock ups of the room. She was a confident and prepared presence. She led our wedding rehearsal and efficiently and painlessly prepared everyone in our wedding party. The day of the wedding, Nicole came and checked in on the wedding party in their getting ready rooms. She made sure the wedding party was ready to go. She even pinned on the groomsmen's boutonnieres! Nicole orchestrated over a dozen vendors to ensure our venue was perfectly set up like we discussed. It was so incredibly beautiful. We were so grateful that she had all of the vendors' contact information, knew when they would arrive, and she handled any last minute challenges that popped up. Everyone was so appreciative of that! Both sides of our families said that they were able to relax during our wedding thanks to Nicole. She and her day-of assistant Mary even came with an earpiece com-system so they could talk back and forth to coordinate things without disturbing the event. It was each little thing, down to her "just in case" kit that I needed in the getting ready room that made me feel so taken care of, I just knew no one else could have been who Nicole was for us throughout this entire process. Thanks to Nicole's excellent work, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our beautiful dream-come-true wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole to my friends and family!
