They started sending me to one specialist after another, claiming that my bloodwork was coming back odd and the specialist were needed. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on specialists, it was determined that all I needed to do was donate blood every 60 days to continue the treatments I was on. I returned back to this medical facility and I'm immediately charged three times what the office visit normally charged. The receptionist stated that I must visit the office at least every 90 days or I will have to start over as a new patient again with the new startup fee. This doctor and his office are nothing but greedy money grabbers. They want to keep you sick and keep you coming back as often as possible.

I had one medication that needed preauthorization with my new insurance Co. They sent the request in and when it was approved, they REFUSED to send it in. Called, left them a voice-mail, no return call. Went in the next week with a copy of the authorization email, left it with the "staff", still no order placed. A uti is a common issue that is completely normal for both men and women but this man made me feel as tho I was just dirty and this is completely unprofessional. Dr. Moody has been my family's physician for 27 years. I have only positive things to say about him…read moreand the office. The office staff sends reminders for my yearly physical. In cases where I needed to come in because I wasn't feeling well, they fit me in. Medicines I needed were promptly called into the pharmacy. I moved over 45 minutes away, tried a different physician but came back to Dr. Moody because of how well he treats me. I wish he would open an office in the area where I currently reside but even if he does not I will con to drive the distance for the care I receive at Life Care Family Practice, P.C.
