I really enjoy coming here for a quick coffee fix in the morning. Workers are friendly. The rustic decor here is really cute. There is plenty of seating and parking outside isn't too bad. There is free wifi and I think this place is a great place to go if you want to study or have a chat with friends. For my most recent visit, I ordered the iced strawberry mocha and my bf's brother ordered the spiced chai latte. Both tasted really nice! I originally wanted to order a raspberry white mocha, however, I was informed that they do not carry any raspberry syrup. The strawberry was a good alternative though. The spiced chai latte also tasted great and not overwhelmingly spicy. Another drink I recall also liking was the lavender nitro cold brew. This is someplace I can see myself being a regular at. Bodhi is one of my go-to study spots, because it's open relatively late. The Orange location is very spacious, and has huge ceilings that provide great lighting during the day. At night, they also keep the shop well-lit. There are lots of seating options, and plenty of outlets along the bar. There are also restrooms and free wifi available. More importantly, their coffee and selections are wonderful. I mainly stick to the Iced lattes. They also have dairy alternatives and some sugar free sweeteners. My go-to during the winter is the hot matcha latter. One of the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot. There are only two issues I've ever had: 1. Parking can be difficult to find if you come during peak hours (finals weeks and Sunday afternoons) 2. Honestly, these days I continue returning to Bodhi Leaf over other coffee shops whose Oat Milk Latte are my very top favorite because of the service. Both the Yorba Linda and now Orange locations have team members that really, really brighten my day and go above-and-beyond. Honestly, this means truly a lot to me as someone who spends many days alone all day heads-down focused and working at a coffee shop. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness and true hospitality. It's so refreshing when you find teams of hardworking, kind, and service-driven who actually care about their work in the food/beverage industry. We tried Bodhi Leaf Coffee for the first time this last Saturday and must say it was spectacular! I ordered the Fresh Drip Coffee and my wife ordered an Iced Mocha. We also ordered a chocolate chip muffin and crumb cake. Everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. Although the coffee and pastries were delicious, I think I was taken back even more by the overall experience and ambiance. Great decor, nice and helpful staff, plenty of seats, free wifi, and they had one of the two front roll-up doors up (which brought in the nice morning breeze). While there I was reading other reviews from fellow Yelpers and decided that I will need to come back soon to try the Nitro Cold Brew. As for value and price, it's not cheap but comparable to other gourmet coffee establishments. read more

I was on the search for nice coffee shops with good coffee and people kept saying good things about this place so i decided to give it a shot. Service was nice and quick, i ordered an iced cinnamon latte (also heard great things about this drink) and a bear claw. Bear claw was very good warmed up and was my favorite thing about the whole place. The drink was meh. When i first received my drink I had already known it was going to taste watered down just from the looks of it. I was disappointed with my drink, with no taste of cinnamon and a slight hint of coffee. Ambience was nice and chill. A huge roaster sits in the corner that is real eye candy to me. This space is just plain cool with the wow factor. It is perfect for getting work done. Huge tables, outlets, wifi, sliding doors that bring in a nice breeze. Everything needed to accomondate those who want to study, have a casual meeting, or someone like me who has to do a ton of assessments. It also has all the goods needed to perfect the cup at home. Service is awesome. I was greeted right away and offered recomendations from their menu. The Nitro infused iced coffee was good with a smooth finish. Ask for a cup of ice to go with it. If you drink it there it comes in a frozen mug. According to the hubsters The iced mocha was just okay. It was not very sweet and had a funny taste to it. It is probally my fault, I should of tasted it and added sugar. But he wasn't a fan. Trip #2 Iced cinnamon latte with an extra shot was very good. Iced vanilla latte with 8 pumps of vanilla was a winner for the hubsters. He said it was good, which means he really likes it. Trip #3 quad expresso over ice. I added a little cream. The expresso was really good with a sweet undertone. Not like the semi burnt taste that a lot of chain coffee houses produce. Here they make sure the shots are done right, carefully pulling the expresso and making sure it is the correct color and size. In fact, one of my shots was short so she dumped it and remade my drink. Instead of thinking I would not notice. Also ordered another iced Vanilla latte with 8 pumps of vanilla. The drinks are good. I am just not 100% sure it is the best yet. It is better than SB, CB. Haven't been back there for more than 2 years and I would give them 5 stars before the Lock Down. But, the quality of the drink is substantially going down south. Great place for coffee and atmosphere. I came in with a few friends on a Sunday afternoon around 3PM and it was packed! Lots of people studying with their laptops out. We actually had to wait for a table to open up. Their pumpkin spice latte is to die for - super smooth and delicious. Their latte art is lacking, but the drink quality more than makes up for it. Service was great - my friend's nitro cold brew tasted really watered down. When I asked the barista, he offered to remake it, took the huge container out and shook it around for a few minutes before pouring a new one. He said sometimes the stuff settles on top. This place is too cute! It's been on a bookmark for a while, but I never really found a reason to go. Now, I come here often since my friend lives nearby. it's an amazing place to study or grab a coffee with friends. They use a combination of natural light and light bulbs (for when it gets darker at night). The music is at the perfect level... and currently, they're playing christmas music! There's a lot of seating inside as well as a couple of outdoor seating. The wifi is great and there are a lot of plugs! (see? a great place to study). The whole feel of the coffee shop is perfect. It seems very open and fresh because the entrance is just a walk through (there aren't doors). Also, There's plenty of parking in front of the shop. How about the coffee? I've tried the cinnamon latte as well as the pumpkin latte. The pumpkin latte felt so homey and filled me with warmth and happiness. It wasn't too sweet but had the perfect mixture of spices and pumpkin. They're known for their nitro brew but I haven't tried it yet. Finally had the opportunity to try the coffee here! SUPER convenient that it's right around the corner from my crossfit gym! Walked in with my friend to try their coffee on a sunday, the place is definitely bigger than it looks from the outside! Super quant and spacious! You can see that there's lots of different people in there from studious students getting their cramming on from the regulars there just to have their usual drinks! We were greeted by really friendly staff, and we wanted to try their cold brew on nitro! (AMAZING if it's on nitro = it's creamy without adding anything to it!) it's about $4 and they make it quick! Super delicious!!! And they don't have to add in any extra ice to it (which i hate starbucks for doing that all the time for ruining their cold brew the way it should be!). My friend told me about this place and he raved about how amazing it was so I decided to check out this place one night. I ordered a mocha latte and it was by far one of the best tasting mochas I've had since my Seattle trip a few months back. I came here around 7pm on a weekday and it was not crowded at all. I love this place because it is brightly lit, there are many tables, there is a bar with a charging station under the tables, which is convenient. The workers there are super nice as well. The only time it could get a little loud is when they are grinding their coffee with their big giant machines, which are located in the coffee place as well. Me and boyfriend always split the "Haymaker" which is a really good breakfast burrito. So here is the thing.. always while we are ordering we get these employees with bad attitudes. Regardless who is in the front cashiering or serving they all stay behind the counter and gossip amongst themselves. They treat their workplace like their in high school. They pretend to not see you when you're clearly standing behind the counter, or you have to wave them down. On one occasion I had to wave someone down all the from the kitchen that make and prep the food. And lastly why do they heat the burrito up so damn hot? Been going to Bodhi Leaf since they first opened. Mainly to buy their green beans that I roast. Their green bean selection is astounding! I buy their 5 lb "specials" every few weeks for a nice discount an am very happy. They guys in the back who fill the orders do a great job! As far as their coffees, I tend to get their pour overs or ice coffee, black and unsweetened. Good to go on this end. Their sweetened coffees are way too sweet for my taste. That would be the mocha and campfire. Been to the Katella, Placentia, and Harbor locations. They all have somewhat of a sterile industrial feel which I guess is the in thing right now. Seems to work but just not my thing. The Katella location you can sit at the bar and watch them roast coffees. Very cool! read more

I personally didn't care for this spot. I tried the Bollywood tea which says has Oregon mint and tulsi (which I looked up which is like basil) however, didn't taste any of that in my tea. This coffee shop stands out a lot compared to most I have been to because of the fact that this coffee shop actually has a whole coffee factory or something! It was so interesting to see. They have their own brand of coffee! The whole place has a very nice vibe and I love studying in these kind of environments! Plenty of small and big tables, nice decor, not too loud, very clean, has a hipster feel, has high chairs...the list can go on. I enjoyed their expresso and their service was amazing, will definitely be coming back here. Parking is plenty and looks like it is shared with other businesses. I don't know what has happened as of recently, but it appears this location may need new management. Uber eats/Postmates is off all of the time. Orders in person don't get out as efficiently as before. Many of the baristas seem to have a shitty attitude. I don't know, I just feel like what bodhi was before has disappeared. The dynamic used to be good coffee and better service. Now it seems like it's good coffee, if you get it, and we could care less about your shit.
