Such a cute coffee spot! We visited on a Saturday morning. Parking lot was busy but we were able to find a spot quickly. They have some seating out front. But when you walk in, there's plenty of seating inside. Such a nice open space with tables to enjoy coffee and do some work! Friendly staff and pretty quick when making drinks. They have a yummy array of bakery items to try. Pretty cool merch section as well! We had the Brown Sugar Latte and the Lovers Latte. Both not overly sweet but a great taste! The Lovers Latte was the favorite though, so tasty!!! We also had to try the Danish-Guava cheese that they warmed up and it was delicious! Will definitely come back! read more

I don't know what it is about this chain. I never feel welcomed when I go to them. This is now my second location I've visited (Yorba Linda being the first) and there are always cold people working in them. I ordered a latte and blue berry muffin on this visit. I had to ask for the muffin to be warmed and when it came the woman behind the bar didn't even hand it to me. She placed it in front of me. The muffin was lukewarm at best. Was this her first time warming a muffin? The place was dead so there wasn't a rush. Back to Starbucks I guess. read more

Like many of their other locations, this one has a La Marzocco espresso machine. The Stradivarius of espresso, hand made in Florence Italy. I went in for a cup of coffee and the light snack. Everything came with a price. The bagel and cream cheese were reasonable compared to Coffee Bean, Philz or Starbucks. The healthy sugar substitute was erythrothal and stevia in one package. Stevia good erythrothal not so. I cannot say the coffee was the worst I've ever had. I couldn't taste it over the dollar's worth of creamer I had to pay for. What I was hoping to get was a good cup of coffee with some cream in it. Not a coffee Arnold Palmer. I love the interior of this place and I feel its serenity to have a coffee and just feel calm here. The service is ok, they greet well and answers my "silly" milk question, kind enough. And their coffee and tea is good! I notice it's different than the other coffee shop that I usually had, I feel theirs are stronger but still mild. I am a cold coffee drinker but I do love to taste the difference of coffee and tea in hot as well! Hubby said the chai tea is good, price wise it's usual. We love their interior for sure!! read more

I love Bodhi Leaf Coffee! The vibe is cozy, chill, and welcoming and everything I have ordered has been yummy. Their roasted beans are so much better than those larger chain coffee places, --check out the flavor profiles on the bags--they roast their own beans and coax amazing tasting notes out of them. Even though the other places' drive thrus are convenient, it's worth it to me to park and walk in to Bodhi for my beverages. Lots of creative options on the menu and fast and friendly service too! I've given this coffee shop 3x a chance because I really enjoy buying their coffee beans. 1st time-ordered a pour over and they forgot about my order for about 15 min. They did apologize 2nd time-ordered just a cup of coffee when I received it, it was luke warm. I'm a fan of the coffee here but I also love their Sweet Ricotta toast. The brown sugar latte has never let me down. The coffee flavor is bright, smooth and not bitter. I typically order via their website an pick it up to avoid waiting in line, but the last few times I've done this there's some sort of issue and I end up waiting anyway. The staff are all really cool and it's a small space but that doesn't stop people from having meetings of like 5 people between 2 tables. One time I walked in and this lady had her suitcase full of shirt samples just out on the floor taking up space and blocking the walkway towards the restroom and she was full on having a sales meeting. Drinks are always consistent, the service is down-to-earth chill, (Not too over the top fake), and the vibe of the place is always so earthy, warm, and inviting (unlike a generic mainstream corporate Starbucks feel). I love how Bodhi spruces up their Menu offerings with the Season. They come up with the most unique delicious concoctions. My go-to is usually the ICED Strawberry Mocha Latte or the ICED Strawberry Matcha Latte , but their Seasonal menu offerings always sound so intriguing making you want to come back and try something new. read more

They have some tasty breakfast items, their burritos are super good & their Nutella poptarts are mine & my toddlers favorite. I love their green tea, super refreshing & I love to add cane sugar for a bit of sweetness. Anytime I've gotten their matchas they are always tasty and not overly sweet. I recently tried their pumpkin cold foam matcha latte and omg it's just delectable. They also sell their coffee & matcha powder along with other merchandise. If you are a coffee drinker & love quality drinks come here. They have locations in Yorba Linda, La Habra & Orange. Plenty of parking, there is an additional back lot near the bank. Indoor seating is limited at this location but still a good amount of spots. The exterior only has one spot to sit I believe. read more

Went for a cup of tea. Was a little disappointed in the strength of the green tea but could probably have let it steep for longer. I had a blueberry cranberry scone that was delicious! And the food looked absolutely delicious! The ambiance was really nice. It smelled strong of coffee beans from the giant bags under the coffee display. The chairs were very industrial looking. The place is very nice inside. Very unique interior design and very clean, but can get small and cramped very fast. The staff is friendly however they got backed up very fast. Discovered Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders through the local community. Didn't realize it was a chain until after visiting. Hot Vanilla Latte (~$5.50): I wasn't expecting much but this vanilla latte was filled with flavor and not overly sweet. I had half left for the next day that I fridged and reheated in the microwave - tasted just as great! There are tons of other syrup options as well. I loveeeee this place, I look forward to having my matcha tea on a Saturday. However, I gave it 2 stars because this Saturday and today, Sunday my drinks have tasted like pure milk!!! No matcha taste. Normally the tall guy with platinum hair makes it and it's so damn good, but he has not been there this weekend, I'm going to guess that's why it taste like crap! Immediately 5 star review for the drink quality, variety, ambiance, and service! I have been coming to various Bodhi leafs for over 6 years and they never fail to be amazing. I personally love the Placentia and Anaheim Hills location but they are all great! I always get their lavender latte with oat milk or mix it up with their season drinks! Their chai is one of the best I've had too! They always have new foods, my favorites are their OG breakfast sando, quiche, or burritos. Directly single sourced they are a gift to coffee lovers. I always like to enjoy my drinks at the shop because I love the environment. Specifically at the Placentia shop they show classic cartoons like smurfs, rugrats, and others. It is a great touch makes you feel so nostalgic.
