I came here under the impression that it was still Vision January 15th. My nipple ring had fallen…read moreout the day before and I needed help getting it back in. The woman who tried to help me couldn't get jewelry in a said I needed to be re-pierced... so she re-pierced it but had trouble getting it through. She also seemed to have no experience piercing at all and was expressing being scared to pierce people and doesn't like causing people pain... I noticed that she pierced it lower than it was and closer to my breast and not the same way that it was when she told me she would be re-piercing through the same holes and she didn't - she pierced lower towards my breast. I don't know if I have an infection or what is going on because it is over a month later and I'm having extreme pain in my nipple even when just putting on a shirt and my nipple looks larger or swollen compared to my other one still over a month later and with all of this pain. My boyfriend gave me a hug this morning and I screamed out in pain because even something that light is causing a shock of pain everytime even just putting a shirt on. I'm very experienced with piercings and have never had an infection before and I'm not sure what is going on because I don't seem to have any discolored puss but my nipple being enlarged and in this much pain is very concerning to me and I will be going to urgent care today and possibly another shop to try and find out what's wrong with my nipple. I'm very upset and disappointed and even more upset I paid $100+ to have an experience like this when I know Vision or even heart and dagger if they were still around wouldn't have charged me as much to re-pierce a nipple ring that just fell out the day before nonetheless wouldn't have caused me to have an issue/possible infection

I bought an expensive chain here - $350 - in May 2015, and in April 2017 this chain started…read moredisintegrating in my hand, literally. I had it repaired, and it broke again immediately in another spot. I had it repaired again, and again, it broke immediately, in yet another spot. When taking it back to the jeweler, it broke again, in a fourth spot (!!) in the jeweler's hand. What a total disaster. The return policy is 30 days only, so this $350 crap chain is my problem, yet anyone and everyone would reasonably expect a gold chain to last forever, and not start literally falling apart after less than 2 years. I don't even wear it often. Meanwhile, pricing new chains, I see comparable chains at $100-$150 at bona fide, reputable jewelers that stand behind their product. BUYER BEWARE!

I just got my 13 year old twins ears pierced. I called ahead to make sure there would be 2 people…read moreso they could each have their ears done at the same time. The women were wonderful! They sanitized their hands and wore gloves. When the marker points were made, the women checked with each other, me, and my daughter. They made my daughters feel relaxed and they were so excited for them. The best part was-it didn't hurt!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would…read more My 18year old niece came here to get her nose pierced and was taken advantage of. She was not given the proper jewlwey for a Newley pierced nose, rather he gave her a piece of jewlwey more suited for someone who has already gone through the healing process. The piece of jewelry she received was not one that would stay in her nose throughout the healing process. He said his reason for using the straight nose jewlery was because he "thought they looked less like boogies" which may be true but that should not be his concern. His concern should be the healing process. She went home and two days later she woke up and her nose piercing had fallen out. $70 dollars to get a pericing done that wasn't even guaranteed to last. I tried to call up and speak for her but was met with nothing but attitude and told that it was her problem because she "obviously must not have known how to take care of it" were his exact words. But if he had done his job properly she would have 1. Had a piece of jewlery that lasted throughout the healing process and 2. Know about the healing process. Anyway, he told me he would absolutely not refund her because it was her fault ($70) and that she would have to drive all the way to him (2hrs both ways) to pick up a new piece of jewlery. I asked "will the jewlery be free" He said "yes" I said "well if that's all you can do for me I guess it's sad but I'll take it" He then hung up on me. I tried to call back but my call continued to get ignored. I left a message but have a feeling I will not be hearing back. Very unfortunate. I wish this establishment cared about their customers.
