Corey, Kate, Harley and Matt are supportive, motivational, informative and professional with a no nonsense motto but maintaining approachability. I get up once a week for a 6am session which would have been unthinkable only a few months ago and I attend 3 nights a week for a full on session of either upper/lower body or conditioning training. I'm seeing great results that I know I would never have achieved without the help and guidance of The Pit team. It's a great environment to exercise and socialize too. Free yoga for members or $10 for non members Friday's at 5:30pm and 8:30am Saturday fundraiser bootcamp with a minimum $5 donation for anyone to attend. Take the plunge and start your body transformation. You will sweat, you might puke and at times you will curse but it is all worth it.
