They left a note on the door for members to request a refund. It has been 14days since I requested my refund as I paid upfront for a full year but only used 3 months. I should be getting a 9 month refund but I am being ignored. If you are thinking of getting a membership in Weymouth remember this is the same owner so be aware of how they treat the members. They close ubruptly then ignore all while holding the money of their members.

From day one, the people at FitWorx have been super friendly and supportive from the get-go. Everyone makes sure that you feel comfortable with all of the equipment and the process. I go there three times per week and every time I am there I see the staff talking to the patrons like they are old friends. I'm new, and already the greet me by name. The space is small. Not built like your muscle head gyms. There are strength training circuits and cardio equipment. Everything is clean and very well maintained. It gets busy, never overcrowded; I've never had trouble getting the machine I want. Anytime you want to do a circuit, you schedule your time. This helps keep me accountable. The trainers work with you in the beginning one on one, but are always there making sure you are doing well. Client by client they help you keep on track by increasing your weights, keeping your workout fresh. Then they modify their machine order from time to time to be sure that your body doesn't get bored with the same old schedule. I have only been a member for two weeks now, but I am the happiest I have ever been in a workout/exercise setting. I'm confident that their program will work for me!
