I am sorry guys, but I also work in customer service and if I turned a customer like this, without giving them anything in return (at least, $5 off for the next time to make them feel better and happy) , my employers would not be happy with me! Here is my store: yesterday I purchased few things for $120 in total, I got my four underwear plus one free, which I did not try, because I am usually size S, so I did not bother (my MISTAKE!!). Now, I know if I got those underwear through the internet then I would not be able to return them (fair enough), but if I get underwear in any other lingerie store I can return it (my parents got me a present, a lingerie, and it was too wide, they returned it w/out problem). I came home, I tried it on ON my underwear (HONEST TO GOD!!), and three of them were small. What do I do? I come to the store the next day (today) with a hope I could exchange for a bigger size..But no, I cannot change/exchange/or whatever it. Of course nobody told me that yesterday (Yours MISTAKE), that apparently underwear is not returnable item, so I would put my bum in the fitting room and try it on yesterday in the store..They just said sorry and let me go.. Do you guys honestly think this is how you keep you customers satisfied, happy, and wanting to come back to your store?! and talk about your store?! how great it is, and how good customer service you have?! I like your products, you have good variety, so everyone can choose from..but what you think is MONEY, like any other vendor store..not about your CUSTOMERS, but about your money..It is a shame and pity to see that! :( So, everyone, lesson: whenever you buy your lingerie, TRY it ON to prevent those $30 from falling in the garbage!! The service here is amazing! It was quiet when I arrived today, so they greeted me right away. The woman helping me today measured, then picked out various styles for me and a couple of different sizes close to what she measured me for, just in case. I went in at least wanting to try a couple of bras I'd seen photos for on facebook, so we started with those. She wasn't pushy to sell me anything in particular, but I had trouble deciding, so I went with two of them. They are pricey, though. And that's why it's not 5 stars. For customer service, it's 5 stars, for sure. If I could split it and give 4.5 stars, that's what I would go with.

They have something called "fitters" they have an hour wait to see them but if you just want to try a bra on, without the need to be "fitted", the idea itself gives them hives. I finally was allowed to try on a bra and asked for another style that may have been inside a drawer - the girl that was helping me, who was NOT a fitter needed to confer with her "fitters" to see if she's allowed to open the drawers and show me another style and warned me that if she does, she's not able to give me a different size in case one is needed. As I was waiting for this major decision to be handed down by the staff, I stood by the fitting room and was told to, and I quote: "please step away from the fitting rooms". Not do you mind to wait by the register, or anything a little more polite than "step away from the fitting room". I've shopped there over the years but this is the last time. And oh, everything they carry is almost double the price that you can find online, so unless you're a glutton for punishment and really love to pay to get whipped by a bunch of old ladies - save yourself the experience and avoid this place at all costs.

These had my attention! So cute! Once you walk inside greeted by smiley staff, you realize how beautiful everything that they carry is. Styles are up to date and there is so much selection! So much colour! So many bathing suits! Who knew? I knew that the lingerie was a staple here but over the years I had completely moved on to Victoria's Secret. Not sure why that is and I know for a fact that I will be back to this store for some other things. Chelsea was a pro helping me out with anything I needed in the change room and found me some terrific pyjama pants on sale in my size. In addition to my new-found fave bathing suit! Super friendly, super patient Chelsea was and made the sale! Even if this is not your normal shop for this type of ladies wear, it is worth taking a look!
