Don't be afraid to ask questions, the coaches are there for you. 6. Everyone knows each other, you will be like an outsider on your first session. Don't let that frighten you! Over time you will get to know everyone. 7. Please understand what the orange theory actually is. Many websites explain it very well so please look into it. You aren't going to get shredded just doing orange theory. 8. Overall orange theory is very worth it if you understand what you are getting yourself into.

I am only here for a month and my insurance has a contract with this facility. However upon entering the door they were very discouraging that I even start there. They wanted me to pay additional above my insurance allowances and were very rude in speaking down to me like I was stupid as if I didn't understand a word they were saying repeating themselves over and over about the charges. Then they told me that I could not use their facility unless I had a note from my doctor because they require that for anyone over 40. Unfortunately they didn't tell me that when I called. I was only going to be in town for about a week. My insurance pays for the membership. I was very disappointed. I would not have been there if I was not fit to be there. My employers never required me to bring a note when I missed days from work! I just didn't feel welcome and it didn't feel right.

He also preheated and set up every one of my sauna sessions and had all the equipment ready to go. I've been to a lot of HOTWORX studios and have never had someone take that much initiative. Give this man a raise -- he absolutely crushed his job. The franchise itself keeps delivering -- infrared sauna workouts, 24/7 access, kiosks, day passes, retail gear, and tons of class options. Cycling and bands are still my favorites, and I especially appreciated the larger bike seats for bigger tushies -- a small detail that makes a big difference in comfort. Another thing I loved: every single sauna had sanitizer, wipes, cleaner, and towels set up right outside, so you can clean your equipment without hunting anything down or asking staff. The studio lighting is darker and easier on the eyes (no harsh overhead glare), the music is good, and the setup keeps you locked in. Add the back gym area and shower and it checks every box.
