I'm training here at the moment thanks to a scoopon deal, and I'm seriously considering joining up for the year. The location is very easy to get to, and there are parking spaces just outside the member's door (back door). Upon entering, I was shocked at how large the place was; from the outside you would think it was just a small room with a couple of mirrors and equipment. It's actually a really nice set up, the gym feels wide and open thanks to the second story being more of an indoor balcony- allowing you to be on the lower level and enjoy the high ceiling. The upstairs area consists your cardio equipment- all equipment is new and state-of-the-art, with inbuilt personal televisions. The down stairs area offers resistance machines, boxing area and free weights/ weights area. This is a great clean gym that is small compared to the likes of fitness first. However it is large enough to workout, but small enough to feel community based. The only downside is their lack of lockers. They have shelves where you can store your belongings, however it's not locked and anyone could go through your bag. This doesn't really bother me though as it is still technically a 'small' gym, and there are only ever a handful of people inside at the anytime.

I have been harassed by debit companies and have now received a letter threatening me with court proceedings. I point out that the best level of instruction I received was by a student. My joints ached from attempting to shift bolts in to position. I had pain from my sacrum to knee for six months following my last attendance. Staff turned their backs when I called for support. And, they are hounding me during COVID for back fees. I am 66 years old. This company did nothing to assess suitability and fitness prior to wheedling money from me. There grins are dark with money lust and betrayal.

I used Classpass to try it out and enjoy all the classes I have participated in. The studio itself is homey and not fancy but it gets the job done. The toilets are shared with other offices so I would suggest you arrive in your yoga gear and bring your mat otherwise you need to rent one. The studio provides blocks, straps and bolsters but water is not always available to make sure you bring a bottle! The instructors are friendly and always happy to provide options just keep in mind the classes can be very full so make sure you tell them about any injuries or if you need another option for your level. A few things I don't like so much: the studio can get really hot in the summer, there is a piano school next door so you often hear children having their lessons as the walls are quite thing, sometimes it gets a bit squishy as they are getting more popular. So far, my favorite classes are the sound healing + meditation and also their basics class.

The volunteers are all very friendly and welcoming and rob is an excellent teacher. I found that his style of teaching was very beneficial and it has had a big impact on finding inner peace. Having said that some of my friends have attended the class and not found this aspect useful preferring to stretch more and do less meditation and self reflection. I definitely think it's worth trying out especially if you find yourself stressed or anxious. Rob is very approachable and always happy to help you out with tips and techniques for what to do at home if you need extra work.

From the burning incense out the front door, to walking inside the beautiful studio, I could tell this was going to be a grounding and lovely experience. The instructor Eva was warm and welcoming, she gave me a quick orientation when she checked me into the class. I brought my own mat, but they also have mats for hire for $2 (first class hire for free). After collecting a flat cushion, a log cushion and a block, I got settled in before the class started. Eva has lovely grounding energy, spoke enthusiastically and gave clear instructions. She moved around the room throughout the class to check on movements, helped to make corrections and assisted in realigning postures to help students get a deeper stretch in poses. The instructions were matter of fact, and Eva spoke about the physiological response of stress on the body - personally I found that I take on that better than chatter about the moon aligning with planets that drains your energy.. At the end of the 75 minutes, I definitely felt relaxed yet energised, ready to tackle the day ahead. Will definitely be coming back regularly to get unravel my mind and body!!

Slightly intimidating, yes, but not at all off putting. There is plenty of equipment, especially weight machines. This takes up the majority of the gym. Personally I'm a fan of exercising using free weights and found this was quite limited. There is a good amount of cardio equipment available and a small cool down area in the back corner. The cost of membership seems decent and it's a 24/7 gym for members. Staffed hours are from 10am if you're casual. Overall a decent experience but this place needs air-conditioning and more staff on the ground. It was almost like it was expected you're just supposed to know what to do and if you're like me in a new gym it's daunting. I would recommend asking for a full tour if you plan on working out here and if you don't ask, you will be left to your own devices. Also, casual rates are way cheaper than the other gyms in the area so great if you plan to drop in on an ad hoc basis.

When you sign up you'll get a gym tour and a program with a program run through so you know what to do when you start. Also, all the technology is modern so the touch screens on the cardio machines are really easy to navigate too. The gym itself has been recently renovated and all the equipment is new, smooth to use and shiny. The space smells and feels fresh every time and all the rooms and equipment are really clean and all areas well ventilated. There are pin-loaded machines, free weights, and a range of some of the latest cardio machines. This gym has something for everyone and is really well priced, especially for a 24/7 gym that can be used nationally. The reason I have put 4 stars, not 5 is because I really like group exercises classes and they don't have many here. Overall, the gym is great, not too big, not too small and has everything you need. Kind and motivated staff and on the whole, a good vibe. Happy to be a member here.

The staff are so welcoming and I feel like the regular classes have significantly improve my body strength. I actually look forward to these classes each week and don't feel like it's an effort, which I felt with the Gym.
