History
Established in 1993.

Meet the Business Owner: Julie N.
After qualifying as a nurse in 1989, and as a Remedial Masseuse 1993, I sensed the need, not just to fix people problems, but to look at the issue as a whole. I wanted people to be able to understand what might be aggravating their problem and learn ways to avoid getting to that point in the first place. Completing the Trager® Practitioner training in 1997, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) in 2000 along with counselling, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), and coaching skills enables me to do just that. I continue to develop my skills and now also offer IEMT Integral Eye Movement Therapy for fast relief of trauma, anxiety, identity issues and for those who are ready for real behaviour change.
