Initially I was a little hesitant to book with someone with very few reviews. Jenia maintained COVID protocols (masking up and sanitizing, and changing blankets/sheets in between each of us). The Reiki experience was fascinating. Each of us had prior experiences with various massage techniques, but never had we encountered the Reiki combination. I personally could feel the heat radiating from her hands through me. My pain points, caused by a herniated disc, misaligned hips, and hunched shoulders were all targeted with precision accuracy. At the end of the session Jenia showed us each valuable take-aways of yoga postures and self-massage to help us continue our journey of healing far after our sessions concluded. The tension in my neck and shoulders were completely released and I felt like she took me from feeling like a no-neck platypus to a graceful long-neck swan.
