I was referred for physical therapy from my doctor for foot and knee pain. Someone else had referred me to Freedom therapy for different types of treatment for the pain I was having. I opted to use Freedom Physical therapy instead of the corporate giant. I'm super thankful that I use them. I have been working with Spencer for the pain I have. I was introduced to dry needling, which Is a different way to get to tight muscles with a faster approach. While the process can be a little uncomfortable, it definitely works a lot faster than visiting the massage therapist over and over. In working with Spencer, I have also learned way more than I ever would have known regarding body mechanics and how it plays a role in to my feet and knees. The time they spend with their patients far exceeds what you will find in a typical healthcare system. They spend a lot of time working with you and take a lot of time educating you on body mechanics. I would definitely recommend anybody to freedom Physical therapy over any other place.
