I don't want to name my particular stylist as she really did do a good job on the haircut, but there was a major issue that will prevent me from coming back. I just want to bring it up to management so that there is better protocol.  My stylist used the same hairbrush on me as she used on the client before me, only removing hair from it. Why didn't I say anything? Because you don't complain to someone with scissors who is about to cut your hair, and when you need the cut badly, there's no walking out. There were no Barbicide containers at her station or any other station. It was a full house of stylists while I was there, and I didn't see cleaning solutions at any station.  I liked my stylist and her work, but the sanitation practices were not such that I would return. I hope this feedback can institute some standard practices, as it is a health and safety issue that affects all clients. If the majority of salons in Nashville don't already use and implement Barbicide and sterilization practices, they need to. Salon Galleria is not alone in falling short, but they still need to address it.

It was a great added bonus to see her adding on spray tan services well. With each spray tan, I've been impressed with the golden color, even spray, and length it lasts. Really love this product and application. I've tried booth tanning and other brands of spray, this one so far is my favorite, just a very nice glow that lasts for about 7 days, sometimes more. It's a nice touch to be able to add this on directly after my lash services and get both done in a single visit. Highly recommend!!

I was so excited to get my hair done because I had never done anything to it. She did my hair for 3 hours. At first when I was sitting in that chair , I knew she didn't know what she was doing. She charges us $105 dollars. We wait 4 days until we go back so Haley (the owner) can fix it. I really thought she was going to leave it pretty. We stay in there for 50 minutes. She then proceeds to rinse my hair and she is FULL ON ROUGH. She's literally scraping my head as she's washing it. She was rough THE ENTIRE TIME. She was moving and tossing my head so bad. It was the worst hair wash ever. The pictures explain everything. They are really rude to their customers. When I was getting my hair done the first time. I overheard Brittany and Alana talking super bad about their customers and this one lady. Alana was showing Brittany photos of this girl saying " there really isn't anything to look at , she's not pretty , and she looks so old, she's 35 but she looks 50 " She said all these things in front of me. My mom turned me onto this salon about a year ago. They really do an amazing job! I see Haley for…read moremy hair and she does a fantastic job. She's really good at listening to what I want and helping pick a color that flatters my complexion and good cut. She is someone who really enjoys the artistry behind what she does. My hair is long and I'm working on growing it longer and Haley has been awesome with trimming enough just to keep it healthy and adding in some layers to give the hair some shape. She also does my moms very curly hair and does a fantastic job with her. We love the scalp massage that she gives when she shampoos our hair. Another review mentioned that she was rough... I wouldn't call it rough but it might be for some people. Here's the thing, if a stylist is doing something that isn't comfortable for you- speak up and say something! No one can read minds. But my scalp always feels invigorated and clean after Haley washes my hair. My mom sees Haley's sister, Brittany to get her lashes done. My Mom likes her lash extensions to look more natural than what a lot of people are getting at the moment and Brittany always delivers! It looks like she just has naturally amazing lashes instead of extensions. Sometimes I like to get my brows tinted with my color and they always manage to do this at the same time rather than having me come back for another appointment, which I really appreciate. I feel like prices for the services are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work that these ladies do. I don't live in Mt. Juliet anymore but I still drive to Locks and Lashes and will continue to do so!
