First off this place is located at The Wharf, a very cool shopping, marina, dining & entertainment complex in Orange Beach, and you can find them on the same side of the complex in the shadow of the Ferris wheel next to STK burger. We were greeted at the door by Steve, a very charming & welcoming gentleman, who immediately asked us if we would like a margarita. Wait, what? This is a tropical apparel type place, not a pub or Taqueria so naturally, I asked how much were their margaritas. The reply was a surprise and fun "they're complimentary". Wait, what? LOL Steve informs us that he is allowed to serve alcohol but cannot sell it, hence free, AND you can even take the drink with you and walk around The Wharf, like Bourbon or Beale Streets. Wait, what? I was very surprised by the free booze and I rarely drink :-) Anyway, on to the store, it is a very charming place with a focus on beachwear & some other cool stuff. It all happened yesterday when I called to find out the status of the ring. It's been a week and no text or phone call. When I called they try to shift the blame on me accusing me of changing my idea and wanted engraving saying that was added on later date. I was like what????? Then come to find out they send my ring out to get hand engraved cuz their machine can't do it. That's ok. I get it. Things happen. Again what is disappointing is that when they realized this had to be shipped out and it won't be ready by Saturday, no call or text. Then when I called tried to shift the blame on me. I don't know if I got this kind of service cuz I didn't make a 50k purchase but for a respectable jewelry store I do t think what I purchased should matter. I don't think I will be going back.
