The shoes they'd use to go feed the pigs, eeeeeek :)) Except here, Paco decided to reinvent the game. With a wide variety of all kinds of colors, this family business owned and operated by him and his sister runs slow but goes so so far. As soon as I stumbled upon it, I fell in love with the colors. Getting to talk to Paco was what stole my heart. Hearing his story, love, passion and dedication for his artisan work was unmatched and I'm so happy to get to take home a piece of him and his incredible artistry to wear over and over again. The shoes are made from recycled tires, which is something so cool and crazy that my hubby quickly pointed out. I was so shocked and impressed and absolutely loved each single piece and customization. Even though I didn't end up getting THE EXACT color and combo I wanted. I got to take a combo I LOVED. Why? Because I got to connect with this business owner in a way I'll never forget. I got to see the hard work, the sad consequences of the job he does but also the fulfilling part of it. The twinkle in his eyes as he shares about what he does and his little workshop area. A true experience I'll forever take with me. Muchas gracias por todo Paco!

In the end, I bought a huge pasta bowl and three smaller cereal bowls to take home with me, but it took me two visits to the store to be able to decide. :) This place will definitely see me again next time I'm in Pollença so that I add to my collection.
