I even asked about pay-as-you-go options, and they were totally flexible about it. They also helped me set up my account and walked me through the different membership benefits. The classes themselves are great. I love how easy it is to sign up for whatever day and time works for you, it's very convenient. It's also nice that you can try different instructors depending on your level or the type of workout you're in the mood for. Mackenzie, Sarah, Tyler, and Brittany are all amazing. They each bring a great attitude and really motivate you to push yourself. I've also noticed that the classes have gotten better over time, routines have changed and they're more intense now, in a good way. You can definitely feel your muscles working after every session.

The instructor takes everyone's temperature as they enter the studio every class. All of the instructors I had while in town were super friendly! I really enjoyed my classes with Laura. If you have the opportunity, definitely check her out! She is constantly attending to all of the clients while teaching class. She makes sure you have the proper form, working the correct muscles, and then pushes you past your comfort zone to help get the most out of your workout. I had her for most of my classes in town and I never had 2 classes that were exactly the same! I really appreciated this!

After over 45 years my sister thought it would be great to start skating again. When we were kids,…read morewe loved skating there. No, it's not like riding a bike. We started out hanging on the wall the first night. We were really happy when we made 1 full lap on the rink. Then managed to stay out for one full song. Now, we go Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When my body is feeling well, I don't want to get off the rink. It's our happy place together. We've had our kids and grandkids come out, friends that come out, because I don't think any of them thought we would want to keep going. Now we can't wait for Friday to get here so we can start our weekend at Overlook. The wood floors are great and the rink is large. What we love the most is the people that work there and the people that come in to skate. It feels like family. The smiles, the waves and how are you? We are always amazed at the kids that make sure to say hi every time they see us. Th DJ's are great, will play a nice mix of music, of course us older girls love rock and roll. Live organ music is our favorite, it's just wonderful. We just wanted to get back into skating and now we've added a family.

Went to grab a sip of water and was told that me and the whole class had to do 20 pushups because you cannot get water without permission from the trainer...but this was never communicated. I also went to cancel after being frozen and was charged twice in a month. 6/2 and 6/30. I called twice, never heard back. Stopped in TWICE no one was there and even left a note- no call back. Finally called and got a hold of the manager and was basically told there is nothing they can do. I took 3 classes totally there because their class schedules are not convenient. I love to support businesses and give great reviews but this was truly was so frustrating considering they are $139 charges!!

I froze his membership and was told that if I canceled during the 3 month freeze my last payment would be $15.00. Apparently that is not the truth. I was charged another $89.00. I canceled because the HIT class went from 2x a week to 1 with new instructor and the one day did not work with my schedule. I spoke with someone at the gym and got nowhere! It's not my fault their employees told me the wrong things. Maybe they should make sure everyone knows correct policies. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Would not recommend!
