I can just make the appt and see him and if I need glasses, you can just give me my prescription right and I can go online to some cheap-ass place for glasses?" "yes, we can do that for an additional $20 that is out-of-pocket. So, if I go to this eye doctor and I do their tests and need prescription glasses, they will bill my insurance for the doctor's visit but only provide me with my own prescription for $20 cash?
