After a week I called again to check on status he said we were on the list and he would get back to me. After another week I called and left a voice mail that wasn't returned, I then sent a text with no answer. Needless to say I found another tree service. Communication was horrible and would like to know they are too busy as opposed to not returning calls. Would not recommend.
